If you are booked In for balloons between now & January 1st please read.

I am working limited hours on balloons at the moment due to starting a new job. So I need to make sure I have everything in my diary so I’m super organised.

Could you please send me a message with the date your booked in and what your order is so I can ensure I have all the info and stock well in advance.

Collection times I can’t be as flexible as I was before so it will either be after 5pm or collect from my porch.

Deliveries and set ups will still go ahead as planned before

Thank you to each and everyone of you who ordered with me this year for Elf Arrival. It blows my mind every year how many orders I get and I am so grateful that you all come back year after year.

Please comment below which time slot you are planning on collecting your balloon. Just to help bring them to the front of my house if I can 🤣

Friday 29th 9-3 or 6-8
Saturday 30th 10-3 or 7-8
All delivery orders will be given a time slot on Monday.

All remaining balances are to be paid on collection, either cash or I have a card machine. I can’t take anymore transfers now for remaining payments as it’s too hard to keep up.

If you have ordered an elf in a balloon and those to supply your own elf, I need it by Monday please. All other options I don’t need your elf

There’s over 100 orders going out the door so please bare with me 🤦‍♀️🤣
