Happy New Year everyone!

I just want to thank you all for supporting me so much in 2024 🙌🏻.

As I go into 2025 there is going to be some changes for the business.

At the end of 2024 I made the decision to go back to a full time job. Both my boys are in full time school now and I want my weekends back with them and not working every weekend.

Going forward I am only going to be doing 2 party setups a month. If you book a party send me your dates asap as when those slots are gone that is it.

I will still be doing my day to day number balloons. Collections will be arranged but will either be after 6pm or from my porch.

I won’t be able to take on any last minute orders, I will only be making orders that are booked at least a week in advance and going forward all orders will require a 50% deposit at the time of booking.

I am looking forward to a quieter 2025 but still making a few orders along the way 🎈🎈

If you are booked In for balloons between now & January 1st please read.

I am working limited hours on balloons at the moment due to starting a new job. So I need to make sure I have everything in my diary so I’m super organised.

Could you please send me a message with the date your booked in and what your order is so I can ensure I have all the info and stock well in advance.

Collection times I can’t be as flexible as I was before so it will either be after 5pm or collect from my porch.

Deliveries and set ups will still go ahead as planned before

Thank you to each and everyone of you who ordered with me this year for Elf Arrival. It blows my mind every year how many orders I get and I am so grateful that you all come back year after year.

I think I broke my own record this year with over 100 orders have gone out the door over the last 2 day’s 🙌🏻

Please comment below which time slot you are planning on collecting your balloon. Just to help bring them to the front of my house if I can 🤣

Friday 29th 9-3 or 6-8
Saturday 30th 10-3 or 7-8
All delivery orders will be given a time slot on Monday.

All remaining balances are to be paid on collection, either cash or I have a card machine. I can’t take anymore transfers now for remaining payments as it’s too hard to keep up.

If you have ordered an elf in a balloon and those to supply your own elf, I need it by Monday please. All other options I don’t need your elf
