NO bookings are written in my diary unless a deposit or full payment has been made.

Please don't message me the day of your event asking where I am with the balloons/ displays when they were never booked in to start with and you were well aware.
I cannot take large bookings with under a week's notice as I still need to order in the supplies as I don't always have everything in stock.

Please understand I have a business to run and a family, this is my only income so I can't be out of pocket. I hope everyone understands.
