The most precious commodity we in this country possess is our NHS. Amazingly there are people out there who abuse this system in the most sickening way. They make appointments and do not turn up. This costs surgeries and hospitals millions of pounds a year! They have had the means and will to make the appointment then why do they not cancel it if they do not need it? I hope to God that when they do need this service and believe me one day they and their familes will, that it is still around and they will realise how moronic and thoughtless their actions are. Other services and business suffer from this behaviour. Our beautiful bridal shop included. Girls make the appointment, we prepare the shop, heated, lit, and clean. we are ready to give them a good experience and service with no sales pressure and very often they do not come! No call, no apology, our precious time and resources are totally wasted on these individuals, who I may say good riddance because all of our brides are wonderful, appreciative and totally worthy of our devotion. Soon we will be departing from our business and we have fabulous dressess, bridal and prom at prices to amaze, so no time wasters please.
