💞Last night's dinner party birthday celebration
An amazing evening cooking for a lovely group of friends, who were all in costume and full role for a murder mystery 🧐.....
❤️A bespoke menu of Handmade wild mushroom ravioli with sage and truffle oil butter to start, followed by slow roasted lamb shank with dauphinoise potato. The evening was finished with a homemade sticky toffee pudding and homemade vanilla custard....

❤️This week's catering a bespoke menu created for a Wake gathering.
Lots of homemade cakes, fresh fruit, filled sandwiches, homemade sausage rolls and quiches, freshly prepared cous cous, new potatoes, a cheese board and a honey roast Gammon platter. I also provided and served tea and coffee refreshments as guests arrived❤️

❤️Last night's dinner party in my client's home.. A bespoke menu created for a special birthday celebration 💞🥂🎉
💞A starter of warming butternut squash and sweet potato soup
💞A main of Black Angus beef, homemade Yorkshire puddings, roast potatoes, honey roast carrots and parsnip, homemade beef gravy. Served with cauliflower cheese, mashed potato and brocoli side dishes
💞Dessert A trio of homemade biscoff cheesecake, chocolate brownie and apple and cinnamon crumble tart with clotted cream

💞 Saturday evening's dinner party, I had the pleasure of cooking in my client's home for this special birthday celebration. A bespoke menu created with the client, take a look at the stunning table set up and bespoke menu's
Guests were treated to my homemade food including a trio starter of a homemade sausage roll, mini beef Wellington and a chicken satay skewer with a spicy peanut sauce. Homemade beer battered haddock with triple cooked chips and homemade mushy peas and tartar sauce. Finishing the meal with a choice of homemade sticky toffee pudding or chocolate brownies with vanilla ice cream...

A few people were asking for my recipe for homemade granola, so here it is.....
Let me know if you like it and please tag me if you use the recipe 🥰

300g rolled oats
100g nuts and seeds of choice, I like pumpkin seeds and flaked almonds
2 or 3 tsp of cinnamon powder depending upon your preference
2 tsp of vanilla essence
200g of dried fruit for example Raisins, sultanas, cherries, cranberries or chopped apricots or dates work well..
125ml runny honey
125ml olive oil
💞Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl then tip out onto a lined baking tray and put in a preheated oven at 180c fan and bake for around 20 mins..
If you like your granola in clusters, half way during the cooking take the tray out and press down on the oats with the back of a spoon and return to the oven.
Take out of the oven and leave to cool a while before storing in an airtight container.
Lasts up to 3 weeks, unless your me and it might last a few days 🤣🤣🤣
