Sankranti holds special significance in every Bengali heart. Every Bengali heart eagerly waits for this time of the year to relive the childhood memories made eternal by taste of pithe and pulis by every family matriarch. The Sankranti weekend menu holds a special significance in our calendar as well. Coming just after the New Year it gives an oppourtutiy to connect to catch up with our patrons in person and catch up on all the wonderful meomories collected over the festive season.
This menu especially, lends an opportunity to retrace Bengali culture and its culinary delights but also fan our creative wings.
This year we hosted our ever-on-demand Sankranti menu.. featuring Gokul pithe, kheer patisapta, koraisutti kochuri, aloo dum, chanar dalna, doi potol, kacha kolar kofta, fish rezela . Dak bungalow chicken, bhetki paturi, kosha mangsho…..We were overwhelmed with the response..
While late by a week, we were floored by the response to our menu, we are especially delighted by the personal appreciative feedbacks showered by our patrons.. Thank you for taking your precious time for us.. we deeply appreciate your gestures ❤

For Bengali's Makar Shankranti is always about pithe pulis. For me it brings in the fondest memories of my mother’s love showered on us all day, every year. A day spent feasting on pithe, puli and patishapta. To top it all we would end the day on on nonta - kodaishutir - pulis.

Attempting to keep her tradition alive. Missing her always!!

As the clock is racing to announce farewell to 2024, with all ready to ring in 2025, we take a brief moment to pause and acknowledge the amazing year 2024 has been ❤.

To end on a high, this month itself we have catered to 15 special occasions. Overwhelmed by the love, trust and support we have received from all patrons. God has been kind. With our hearts filled with gratitude we thank you, for putting your trust in us and granting us the full latitude to deliver on the occasions. It was an absolutely pleasure 😊🙏🏻

What higher note to end October with a Bang - than at Sanskriti Kali Pujo!! We have been regulars at Sanskriti Kali Pujo over the years. This year however we were invited to take PartyPals along with us. As ever, thanks you, lovely patrons who came to our stall - to sell out much before the evening rolled over. This October has been very special for us. From Ma Durgar-r abahoni (welcome) to Kali Puja we have been in thick of it all. Alongside, we were invited by a mother, to cater to her daughter's wedding ceremonies - Aiburo Bhaat and Ashirbaad. For a parent, there can seldom be a bigger occasion - after the birth of thier child - and hence feel priviledged to be invited. As PartlyPals and Team, we prepared and served live to the guests in the heart of St John's Wood Place and being able to showcase traditional Bengali food to the select guests who graced both occasions. Loved every interaction and words of appreciation. A special thanks to Sarita Di for introducing us to the parents of the bride.

Since start of our journey in 2017 we have been here every year. RBBA has become our home, where we must have our annual homecoming. On Ashtami where we sold out on debut. Inspite of it being a weekday, you came to visit us in numbers.
The stall is just an excuse to meet all you beautiful people who grace the occasion. We cherish your delight when tasting our singara, phuchka, mochar-chop…, we cherish every time you come revisit us over for some more, we cherish every interaction, your every word of appreciation.
On every occasion the warmth extended towards us by each of the RBBA members, taking time away from their busy schedules to engage in chitchat and provide us constant encouragement made us feel at home. It would be incomplete, therefore without extending our sincerest thanks to the RBBA family. A special thanks to the beautiful RBBA Ladies for a photo opportunity with us.

Hosting an event over the Thames has always been a dream for us, and God has been kind enough to make it a reality Party Pals and Team, were truly honoured to cater for a very special double 25th birthday celebrations on the river of one of the warmest humans I have ever met❤️. A truly unforgettable evening of love, laughter and cherished moments.

As the boat sailed through the heart of London, we savoured the joy and excitement of the guests, serving them our Bengali flavours. Being part of this celebration was more than just the food, it was not only a celebratory feast, but one that I am sure will remain etched in the minds of those present. We are extremely grateful for the confidence that has been bestowed upon us by Di to make this dream a reality🙏🏻🙏🏻

The Sun is finally out and Britain is out to celebrate - with PartyPals.
This special weekend of June, we feel privileged to cater to two special events. PartyPals proudly sponsored food for the Adda "Picnic in Park" in Slough. Thanks Adda Slough for making us a part of your festivities.
We also were granted the privilege to be a part of Bengali wedding festivities, and at being able to showcase a wide range of delectable delicacies from home - Bengal.
For PartyPals, as always we serve food close to our roots, in an attempt to reach your hearts with the eternal hope that the traditional cuisine from our "Maa Mashi Rannaghor" will rekindle fond memories.

For eight years, for us, PartyPals has been more than just a business; it's been life's passion poured onto every plate. Bengal is at the heart of every dish we serve from our trusted home-kitchen. Based in Sutton, South London. We hold on to our rich Bengali heritage of exquisite culinary delights close to heart, and reliving childhood memories from our Ma-Mashi’s kitchen.

We celebrated Bengali Nababorsho with a Bengali Burobhoj, serving evergreen favourites like Posto Bora, Sona Munger dal, Mochar Chop, Shukto, Chingri Macher Malaikari, Mangsher Jhol, Pabda Shorshe, Kacha Aamer Chutney and Misti Doi we brough back the intoxicating smell of gandharaj lebu in Gandhoraj Batter fried Fish.

A belated Subha Nababarsha to all!!

May this year bring us happiness, peace and prosperity. We are bit late in sharing our work caught up by midterm break. The past couple of weekends have been immensely busy but gratifying in being able to take to our taste to hundreds.

Firstly we like to share our gratitude to Punashcha: School of Rabindra Sangeet. We feel privileged to be the part of their Basanto utsav, delivering 100 packets.. And also, ofcourse, to all our patrons who provided us the opportunity to be part of their Nabo Bharsho celebrations.

We are thrilled to see overwhelming response for Basanter Special Bhuri Boj for this upcoming weekeend (27th April). Where have in offer an entire course of quintessential bengali delights: from shukto and posto bora, pabda shorshe, chingri malai curry, ghondoraj fish fry, mochar chop, rabibaar r mangsho jhol, and of course with kacha aam r chutney and misti doi.

PartyPals word for the past two weeks: Gratitude
• Gratitude to our patrons for choosing to make us a part of their special occasions.
• Gratitude to ignore distance as a barrier.
• Gratitude for the tremendous words of encouragement and endearment.
These past weeks two weeks we (rather our food) travelled to Milton Keynes, Luton, Larfield in Kent to Dunstable and across the length and breadth of London. We spent a sleepless night to meet our demand against our Special Holi Mughlai Weekend menu.
Thank you everyone for providing us the opportunity to showcase our food from our humble kitchen. It continues to be only possible because of all your love and support ❤
