What year 2024 has been. We put or marquees up at over 80 events including weddings, festivals & birthday parties we couldn’t do what we do without our director and co-founder Owen. He works tirelessly with our dedicated team to make sure we deliver for our clients. The icing on the cake is all the lovely people we work with along way.

We are taking some time off but if you get engaged over the next couple of weeks then please fill in our contact form on our website. We will be taking timeout every few days to reply to new enquiries.

19 days until Christmas but potentially 19 days until you are engaged!!!

If ypi get engaged over Christmas and cannot wait a whole summer to get married don’t worry, we’ve got you covered.

We got engaged on Christmas Day and had our Tipi festival wedding the following August. If anyone knows how to do it we do.

Unpopular opinion - I don’t like the colour orange. However I am prepared to be wrong 😆

The lovely Romy & Seb totally nailed the styling and orange was their colour and boy oh boy did it work!

Their Dutch/English wedding was held on the family farm and their guests knew how to party.

MEET THE TEAM!!

We are an eclectic bunch but very much all dedicated to making sure our clients receive the best possible service.

In the summer our team swells to over 20 but during the quieter winter months it’s just our core crew:

Phil (pic 2) - was a chef in his former career and loves a RC car
Fuzz (pic 3) - is a bit of a hippy at heart and has been with us from the very beginning
Fred (pic 4) - our in house carpenter and music maker
Sophie (pic 5) - is a fashion designer but has taken a pause to raise her young family

Right now they are busy deep cleaning all our canvas, sanding/varnishing furniture and generally organising the warehouse ready for next summer.

We are extremely lucky to have such a great team at the centre of our business.

And thank you to for capturing these lovely photos.

Suppliers not being available for their wedding date is a common problem our clients have.

Our best advice is to not set a date until you have got quotes and availability from all your favourite suppliers. We have had to turn clients away for next year because we are fully booked and they had no flexibility in their date. We really don’t like to disappoint.

Personally (because I am a bit of a geek) I would make a spreadsheet with your suppliers and the dates and then tick off their availability. That way you’ll easily see which date gets you the people you most want.

S&B planned their Tipi wedding from across the pond. Picking suppliers that worked together regularly was key to this working (plus their lovely friends who lent them a garden and a field for glamping).

We had the pleasure of working with one of our favourite chefs, Louise Perry-Warnes from . She and her team cooked a feast over fire.

The menu was Louise’s signature style when Mediterranean meets the Middle East 🍅🌶️🧄🫚🫒

Louise & her team don’t just cook incredibly delicious food, they offer the full package including; organising crockery/glassware, bar service, table laying (and cake cutting if you are lucky 😆)
