Swan Samba

Swan Samba Samba fusion based in Hants (UK), promoting unity and wellbeing through drumming. They have also been featured on radio stations such as Voice FM.

Swan Samba are a drumming and movement group open to ages 11+ and all abilities, run via Roynon Performing Arts, a school established for 40 years. Workshops are held for all ages and abilities to learn new and exciting drum and performance skills every Tuesday term time. The drumming band plays a fusion of samba styles and have gigged at local carnivals such as Romsey and Hedge End, as well as ex

citing events such as Winchester’s Hatfair and Wickham Festival. Swan Samba can be found on all relevant social media streams and all enquiries are very welcome, whether it’s to try out in the band, set workshops in schools, or to pencil in future performance opportunities. 💿 What a privilege it was to visit the University of Wi******er for a recording session!

📀 Up until now we’ve relied on home-recorded guide tracks and focused mainly on our live energy — so stepping into a proper studio has been a whole new world for us to explore.

💿 Huge thanks to Joaquin for bringing us in, for your energy, patience and commitment. We can’t wait to share the finished result with you all!

📀 A massive well-done to our drummers for getting stuck in, giving it absolutely everything, and diving head-first into a whole new planet of musicality.

💿 And personally… it felt amazing to be back in a studio kicking out some jams. A demanding but seriously fun space where you’re pushed, stretched and buzzing the whole time.
