People who have shown interest to distribute flyers for Ebbsfleet Christmas Fair 2024, please be noted that I (Tan) will be at **Blue Bean Cafe at Castle Hill today between 4PM - 5PM** with the flyers.

Please come and get the flyers so that you can start sharing them over this week and weekends.

Do not miss the Christmas Carols on Saturday along with an opportunity to meet our Mayor Andy, our MP Jim and all our DBC councillors. Also be there on Sunday with your children to meet Santa and his elves on his red fire truck with loads of free gifts. Ho Ho Ho!

I am delighted to announce that we will have the gracious presence of the below distinguished individuals and our representatives at our Ebbsfleet Christmas Fair 2024 on 7th December at 1PM

1. Mayor and Mayoress of Dartford
2. Rt Honourable Jim Dickson - our MP from Dartford
3. Cllr Danny Nicklen Cllr Jonathon Hawkes and Cllr Victoria Akintomide-Akinwamide - our brilliant 3 councillors

They will be doing a meet and greet with the residents and also speak to the local businesses and stall holders who are participating in the fair.

We just want to reiterate this as we have received DMs notifying us about scammers using our name to ask for money for stall bookings.

First we would like to make it clear that we are no longer accepting any applications for our Ebbsfleet Christmas Fair 2024. We have a long waiting list already so any further cancellations will be fulfilled from that list. So please do not entertain anyone using our name for stall booking.

Please note that if you are not in our approved list and turn up at our event with your stall, we will NOT be able to accommodate you.

We have been notified by businesses that few scammers have tried to use our name and our events to take money as pitch fees. Please note that we do not charge pitch fees for our events. We also will not ask for money from personal email accounts or through IM or WhatsApp.

In case someone approaches with such demand please IM us directly and check with us.

Thank you for the overwhelming response from businesses in and around Ebbsfleet. We have so far received 75 applications till the deadline of 28th August. However please note that we can only accommodate 40 stalls.

Our committee members have reviewed each and every application on their merit and also making sure that we have variety of stalls in our fair for the residents.

The approvals will be going over the course of the week along with rejections.

Businesses whom we are not able to accommodate please do note that it is only for the above reasons and limited capacity that we had to. We have added you onto our register and will be prioritising for our next event.

There are few businesses who will be contacted by our committee for more information. Please note that no monetary discussions will happen when we contact so beware of scammers.
