I know this page hasn't seen much activity of late, taking life slow and enjoying every second. Jasper's recently started eating solids. So we are doing a mix of baby led weaning along side spoon fed purees, so lots of little pots and a lot of batch cooking.

I'm having a little fun with these simple recipes and introducing gentle healthy spices.

Carrot, butter nut sqquah with a touch of turmeric and cinnamon.

I'm feeling really chuffed with my first attempt at growing salad and herbs. Today, I harvested some rocket for our burgers in the evening sun. The rocket, coriander, parsley, and spring onions are thriving!

Beef spiral sausage with a sticky honey mustard butter sauce, with mixed smoked and cheddar cheese on toast with lashings of Worcestershire sauce. 😋 Cooked on the roccobox.

It's been a while since I've done a big cook, but today at work, in celebration of Eid, we had a beautiful feast. The plate included tandoori chicken drumsticks, chana masala, a creamy cashew mughlai curry, garlic naan, yogurt mint, and a chilli mango sauce. It went down a treat!

Mexican night, 12-hour slow-cooked beef chili loaded nachos with a hearty dollop of homemade guacamole. Fresh pico de gallo, with a generous amount of fresh cilantro running through. Spicy marinated fajita chicken tacos, in a zesty mango chilli sauce. So satisfying and delicious.

Here at Dude Where's My Pans, we have been relatively quiet on the event front. We are currently very busy with the newest addition to the Dude Where's My Pans family, little Jasper-Foxx. There will be more to come in the future, so please keep an eye out. There will be occasional batches of brownies, sauces, and other condiments, all designed in-house and bursting with flavor. 👀👀👀👀

A small batch of the limited edition Lyconprophy Pact BBQ Sauce—an idea I just ran with. The label was created with Midjounry and Photoshop. It's a delectable, tangy, smoky chipotle BBQ
