FLASH FLOODING ⛈️

Wow what a storm! Our thoughts go out to all those who had water enter their houses, gardens & businesses. Unfortunately Basstastic Fishing had flooding in their store room & Blackpill Post Office suffered damage to their magazines as part of their paper delivery service.

Thankfully we had no internal damage although please be careful how you access our pub. The carpark is full of silt and rubble so very slippery.

Well done to Dai and the team working last night in difficult circumstances especially to chef Matt who not only delivered your food at the start of the evening but also delivered guests cars to the doorway as they were leaving or walked with them under umbrellas to try and keep everyone that little bit dryer!

Thank you for all of your well wishes and messages of concern and we hope that everyone effected in Blackpill and beyond recovers soon 🥰
