Creative Bubble was set up by University of Wales Trinity Saint David (UWTSD) and Swansea BID to get some creative stuff happening in Swansea’s City Centre. It’s based in an empty shop at 13 Cradock Street - students, graduates & friends use it to try out their ideas. Since launch, we have had pop-up shops, mixed media exhibitions, performances, social gatherings, workshops, meetings, film premier

es and so much more. The friendly Bubble team are on-hand for advice but it’s very much down to the students (they borrow the key and are responsible for the space). This project has given the students confidence in what they can achieve, increased employability and encouraged networking across disciplines. Many students who have attended some of the networking evenings have had paid work with businesses in Swansea. Bubble also goes into the Community. Follow us on Twitter too:

It's that time of year again...

On Thursday 8th December, we're holding a networking event at the Volcano Theatre, where we'll be announcing our Sanctuary Award winners!🏆

We will also be holding our AGM, and nominating new Committee Members. Pledged Members of Swansea City of Sanctuary are entitled to a vote at this AGM, so please get in touch if you are unsure of you or your organisation's role with SCoS.

Being a BID member means you're part of a community 🤝🏻

Here are just a few of the things Swansea BID do to help to make Swansea City Centre a better place to shop, study, stay, visit, and do business:

- We actively promote BID businesses on social media, websites, marketing campaigns and events.

- Our focus is on bringing people to the city centre, we do this through events and experiences.

- We provide financial support to the city centre Rangers, Night Marshals, Vulnerability Marshals, ENTE Cleansing team and additional Police Officers
