Networking and Customer Care with Julian Lewis! 📣🌟

This morning's session was a game-changer!

Julian Lewis, the Executive Director for Berkshire, Wiltshire and Gloucestershire, led an educational session on Customer Care and Referrals, breaking down strategies that can improve our networking and business relationships.

Julian highlighted the 3 Types of Networkers:
1️. The Reactor - "If you ask me, I will find you somebody."
2. The Promoter - "If you tell me a need, I will suggest a contact."
3. The Creator - "I will promote you to my contacts."

We were all inspired to become “The Creator” and focus on genuine conversations that build trust and mutual growth! ✨

Throughout the session, we brainstormed the key questions someone would ask when making a referral on our behalf. It was a valuable exercise, giving us insight into how we can better support each other within our chapter.

Julian also shared actionable tips on building a Client and Supplier Referral Strategy, which should spark more 1-2-1s and even more referrals across our group.

Let's put these strategies to work and help each other grow! 📈

With over 20 years of experience as a mortgage broker, Gary shared valuable knowledge on the importance of maintaining a good credit score when applying for a mortgage. He explained in detail about what lenders look out for on your credit report 👀

He even gave us some expert tips on how to improve your score before remortgaging, like filling out a disassociation form from ex partners and removing un-used bank accounts 💡✅
