As some of you will know my youngest daughter has a medical condition that can cause her a lot of pain and since her diagnosis I’ve been passionate to find ways to help her to deal with the pain in a more natural way rather than just with pain relief medication.

Sam at Zen Den is a pivotal part of that ‘alternative’ treatment. From the second you walk into Zen Den you can feel the calming aura. It’s really something unique and we love it ❤️

My daughter benefits so much from her time spent here and if I’m honest so do I ❤️
I get a whole hour of party planning in the most serene environment. I’m currently sat here listening to the sounds of flowing water, whilst enjoying a cuppa and breathing in the lush smells all around me and I’m not even the one having the treatment! 🤣

Today we opted for the NEW teen fusion as a special treat for my daughter as she’s currently in a pain cycle and it sounds amazing ….

‘This is it, this is the one for those teens who ‘want it all’. Recommend for those who have already visited Zen Den so that teens feel relaxed and are familiar with how we work in treatments. In this 60 minute session they are able to combine anything from Sam’s skill set including - Swedish Massage Indian Head Reiki Warm Hot Stones’

How devine does that sound? 😌

I’ve caught the horrible flu type bug that’s going around and it’s wiped me out

Birthday Brunch

Start their birthday off in style with a Birthday brunch 🥐🍓🧇

The birthday child and 7 of their friends will join us in the pamper room for a delicious birthday brunch. They will then treated to a face mask and a relaxing foot soak that they will create themselves by selecting their own bath bomb and salts, they will then have some time to chill in the snug whilst their favourite songs are playing in the background.

They will then create their own delicious milkshake before finishing with some time to take photos using our selfie props.

Suitable for children celebrating their 9th birthday and above

£250 for an hour and 45 minutes for a total of 8 children

Gaming Unit 🕹👾🎲

Grab a party for £200 for any weekend in January

The unit is designed that the children can use what they’d like at their own leisure! Almost like they’re all at a mates house for a play date!
We have a PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, Oculas VR headset, Playstation 4, Retro arcade machine, Soft tipped dart board, Football table, Lego loft and traditional board games.

Parties are for 10 children (including the birthday children) and a maximum of 4 adults for a duration of an hour and 45 mins. Party food is included (sandwiches, sausage rolls, cocktail sausages, cucumber, choc bar, crisps and yoghurt) and a bag of sweets for each child to take home. All dietary requests and requirements must be reported at least 7 days before the party date.

£230 for upto 10 children

Thanks to we have a few new followers so thought I’d give you a little insight into who we are 💖 I’m Karen (not a name you wish to own anymore 🙄🤣) and I’ve been married to my long suffering husband Gareth for 27 years. We have 4 amazing children (Chloe 25, Kai 23, Ellie 20 and Evie 13) I have also recently become a nanny to a gorgeous little boy, Jaxon aged 2.5 weeks 💙

We started Party Warehouse 15 years ago as I saw there was a gap in the market for parties that literally took away all the stress from the parents. I wanted a job that meant I could still be mummy to my children so Party Warehouse was born!

There’s been many highs and lows over the years and a couple of units have come and gone (thanks Covid 🙄) but thankfully our little family business is still going strong 🫶🏻. We have our disco unit which hosts many different themes from unicorns to Harry Potter, we have our Pamper Room for all things beauty and then our Gaming Room (which is all alien to me as I’m a tech dinosaur 🦖) Our units all offer fully exclusive and inclusive parties.

Our aim is take the stress away and allow you to enjoy your child’s party 💖 We also feel every birthday child deserves to be the centre of attention for the time they are with us, we want them to feel special. We also try so hard to make sure everyone feels included. Inclusivity is very important to us. We never want children or adults to feel like strangers whilst at our venues. We pride ourselves on being a family business so we show care and compassion to all our guests. I like to feel I treat your children as I would my own and my staff all share the same ethos . Throughout the year we host many popular events too 🎃🎅🏽🐣

As a person I’m pretty down to earth. I like to collect memories rather than things and I quite simply love what I do. From a very young age I knew my calling was going to be working with children in some way shape or form and I’m blessed to have a job that don’t even feel like work (well apart from the crappy admin 🤣) oh and I love to talk as you’ve probably guessed!! So in a nutshell that’s us ❤️ love Karen xx

What a way to start 2025 💖 a party for the gorgeous daughter Pip 🙌🏻🫶🏻🙌🏻

Anyone who knows me knows that my philosophy in life is we all bleed the same colour so whether you’re a millionaire or you haven’t got a pot to p*e in I don’t give a p**p. I’m here for the memories, experiences and people I meet along the way but it does give you a little boost when someone like Daisy May Cooper trusts your little business to host her daughter’s party 🥹 I have to admit I was a bit nervous but everyone was just so lovely and kind. So grounded and down to earth and quite frankly we all just had a bloody good time

PARTY WAREHOUSE PARTIES
All parties are for a duration of 2 hours and for a maximum of 20 children (including the birthday child) unless specified and a minimum of 2 adults and a maximum of 10 are permitted to stay. We request that the birthday child is celebrating their 5th birthday so that the majority of children attending are of school age ☺️

They are hosted in our disco unit where music will be played throughout the party. All packages include food and drink for the children . Food is a cold buffet of jam, ham or cheese sandwiches, sausage rolls, cocktail sausages, cucumber, tomatoes, yoghurt, crisps and a chocolate bar. Ice cream will be served for dessert. Invitations are available to be downloaded and printed from our website. All packages require a £50 deposit. The remaining balance is due in cash on the day of the party or by bank transfer at least 24 hours before.

GIRLIES SLEEP OVER PARTY....without the sleep! ⭐

Invite your guests to wear their favourite 'onesie' or PJ's. You will create a marshmallow lolly in the bakery, decorate a mug in the arts & crafts room, make a sweetie cup and then in the boutique you will have a make over, tattoos and your nails painted 💄💅

There’ll be lots of chances to sing and dance and we’ll even feed you 🤩🙌🏻

£315 for up to 16 children for a 2 hour party. Most suitable for ages 6 and above

The Slumber Party Take Over!

The birthday child and 7 friends will start by joining us in the pamper room dressed in their PJ’s for foot spas and face masks. They’ll then have the chance to decorate their own sleep mask whilst snacking on nibbles and drinking fizz.

Then it’ll be time to head downstairs for a mini disco and karaoke along with a mocktail or 2 🍹

They will then settle down in their own teep*e tent for a movie night with their besties 💖popcorn, sweeties and a midnight snack grazing tray will all be provided. And of course no sleepover is complete without a hot chocolate 😋

And if you want to add on something special for the mummies you can add a ‘mums chat, chill and cake’ package to it! Then you and 7 of your besties can chill in the pamper room with tea and cake whilst we look after the kiddies downstairs!

3 hour party for a total of 8 children.
Most suitable for ages 8 years and above. Only available on Friday evenings 6-9pm.

The ULTIMATE birthday party

Where do we start with this one!! So much to fit in 🩷

We invite the birthday child and 5 guests to join us in their PJ’s and slippers in the pamper room. Where they will receive a ‘pre party pamper’ - a bubbling foot spa, face sheet masks, make up, hair glitter and nail painting - all whilst sipping mocktails and grazing on party snacks. We will then leave them to get changed into their party clothes whilst we set up the disco ready to get the party started!!! 💃🏻🕺🏼

The birthday child can then invite a further 15 guests to join them for a disco where they will enjoy dancing, karaoke and a few party games if needed! We will also have lots of dressing up props available for those selfie shots! 🩷 This party will truly make them feel like a VIP

Most suitable for children celebrating their 9th birthday and above.

Party timings will look something like this:

Pamper room 1 hour for a maximum of 6 children
Disco party 1 hour 15 mins for a maximum of 21 children
Food 30 minutes

Merry Christmas everyone! I hope Christmas was everything you wanted it to be and more 🫶🏻❤️🫶🏻

Apologies for the late post but in the past week we’ve celebrated my daughters 20th birthday, our eldest gave birth, my husband had surgery, we celebrated Christmas and then my son turned 23 😮‍💨 So quite frankly I’m bloody exhausted and skint 🤣🤣 The younger version of Karen would have kept going and going but middle aged Karen can’t do that any more (🙄 old age sucks) so I decided to take a break from the business as family will always come first ❤️

BUT rest assured I will be catching up on everything today so if you’ve sent messages or you’re awaiting an invoice I will get it all done and dusted over the course of the day. I will answer all the messages in time and date order too so please don’t panic ☺️
