A very hot ‘bake off style’ team build that we held . The teams were set two challenges…make four identical chocolate eclairs and a gingerbread structure under the theme of ‘around the world’…

They did so well in the heatwave and rounded off the day with locally brewed beers!

We sold out at the opening evening of the Bulari Bar but we’ll be back on Friday 11th July. The paella will be ready from 5.30pm - 7.30pm but once it’s gone, it’s gone!

The rain held of for speech day and a jolly time was had by all. We were thrilled to provide the food for three houses this year, 120 parents and students. Thank you teachers for all your help unloading, just the nicest bunch of educators!

Looking forward to returning to Poulton Vineyard on Friday May 30th from 5pm. We’ll be bringing the flavours of Spain with our delicious paellas - chicken & chorizo or sun dried tomatoes & olives for our vegan guests. Grab a glass of wine, relax and let us do the cooking!

Teriyaki chicken poke bowls with colours of the rainbow veg…we provided poke bowls for the leavers picnic at Cheltenham College this year…but we’re also very happy to provide champagne cream teas, beautiful salads or a selection of sandwiches to rival The Ritz (well almost!).

We took our new 100 portion paella dish out for its first outing over the Bank Holiday weekend. The lovely folk at offered to be guinea pigs and it was a huge success!
