Lovely 50th celebration party this weekend with some lovely seasonal produce. Really enjoyed creating this menu and a pleasure to use some amazing Sika Venison.

I love this time of year!!! Here are some of our ingredients for this weekend that we get to play with! Talk about seasonal!!!! Jerusalem artichokes, celeriac, salsify, Sika venison…. Can’t wait to put this one together, keep your eyes peeled for this menu.

So 3 days into the year and it’s our first wedding of the season. We are seeing a real shift in people wanting a chilled vibe for their wedding day. This week we were lucky enough to be part of Christie & Harry’s big day! 70 guests kicking off with pub snacks followed by our street food done on the logs to match the vibes of the room. 120 guests joined the wonderful couple in the evening and the couples choice was for a famous fast food restaurant style evening food. Went down an absolute storm all round. Next week for us it’s a midweek canapé corporate event and fine dining weekend. Loving 2025 already.

2024, you have been an absolute blast. Literally, thousands of beautiful people fed throughout the year. So many fantastic memories, new friends and stories to tell. So all the Christmas deliveries are done for today and after a huge month of catering for corporate events, Christmas parties and family gatherings we are finally switching off for a few days for our own family time. A stormy Friday night creating a relaxed feast for and friends having a ‘Friendsmas’ evening! Loved the totally chilled vibes. Grazing starters, hot bowl food mains of homemade beef shin ravs, truffled wild mushroom gnocchi and vodka pasta followed by a choice of desserts.

We had the utter pleading of being part of Jacqui & Nigel’s special day yesterday in #lichfield A feast for all consisting of canapés, three course wedding breakfast, cheese grazing table and evening buffet for 75 guests.
