We had a fab day yesterday in Shrewsbury at for the amazing Andersons! We have loved getting to know them and going on a food journey together. Dave headed up the kitchen with the dream team running front of house. Canapés followed by BBQ platters and dessert. Lots of happy guests and full tummy’s.

So this week saw the launch of 2 new dessert concepts at TWG. First up our loaded doughnuts… apple and custard doughnuts...

So this week saw the launch of 2 new dessert concepts at TWG. First up our loaded doughnuts… apple and custard doughnuts topped with salted caramel and shortbread crumb, lemon curd filled doughnut topped with raspberry coulis and meringue and finally the classic ‘strawberry jam’ doughnut topped with strawberry icing and dehydrated strawberries. Second is our loaded popcorn!! I wasn’t sure about this before I trailed it but it’s naughty!! Freshly popped raspberry or blueberry corn then topped with a selection of sweet treats and finished with sauces! My favourite was topped with mini smarties, baby marshmallows, crumbled flake and finished with caramel sauce - a proper sweet hit! Look out for the choices or enquire with us when booking.

Well we have only gone and been nominated for a Wedding Industry Award! Not only once, but TWICE!!! Thank you to our amazing clients who have nominated us, you will never understand how much it means to us. In the grand scheme of things, we are still in our infancy of our story but sticking to the fundamentals of our clients come first and foremost and having a team that care about every move and decision to create the perfect end goal, all pay off.
