Our final taster slot for December as we are fully booked for the rest of the month. It was a lovely evening going through the dishes and putting plans in place. All British charcuterie getting the thumbs up! Such lovely fun with great company.

We catered for 280 guests at the magnificent this week. Once again, due to being busy I just haven’t got the pictures I hope. Any advice how to smash an instagram account wound be amazingly welcome. One day I will get this!!!!

Once again I am so lacking in posts to just being so busy. We had a lovely drop off a few weeks ago for a beautiful adoption celebration gathering. Another drop off platter solution for the instant catering solution.

Once again due to a busy old week I am late posting. This week saw our last wedding of the season at It’s been a huge year of weddings again which we have been so lucky to be part of. Now we start seeing it get crazy with corporate bookings and Christmas events with December already looking at capacity. A nice corporate ‘live cook’ lunch this week in Leicester at .k.curatedspace Such a fantastic space and I would recommend it to anyone in the area looking for something a little different for you work event or private occasions. On this occasion Dave went over and treated the clients to a selection of antipasti starters, live cook pasta bar and lemon posset and lemon shortbread for dessert. Top work and very happy customers

It’s here!!! It’s Christmas Menu time. I genuinely thought I would never announce this but I was out today in a shop and back to back Christmas music was on so I thought it was a sign to start planning. We have gone back to a style we did a couple of years ago which went down immensely well… if you order starters and desserts they are sharing platters, place on the table, remove the lid and graze away! As always our menu comes with little to no washing up and simple reheat instructions. Stress free Christmas Day… yes please. We spent yesterday with the fabulous and celebrating Mila Rose’s first birthday! What a special day with a butterfly theme and American menu. The only way to spend a mini VIP birthday 🎉 Can’t believe it was just over a year ago now we did the baby shower!
