So all the Christmas deliveries are done for today and after a huge month of catering for corporate events, Christmas parties and family gatherings we are finally switching off for a few days for our own family time. A stormy Friday night creating a relaxed feast for and friends having a ‘Friendsmas’ evening! Loved the totally chilled vibes. Grazing starters, hot bowl food mains of homemade beef shin ravs, truffled wild mushroom gnocchi and vodka pasta followed by a choice of desserts.

We had the utter pleasure of being part of and baby shower a few weeks back but we had to keep this one quiet - Mum’s the word! 😉 We are all thrilled at the arrival of their new baby daughter and thank them so much for letting us be part of such an incredible day.

Another late post!! From this weekend we had a large wedding in a field! You wouldn’t know that though from the incredible marquee set up from .marquees It was unbelievable and have to recommend them if you are looking for a event marquee. Jess & Rich had a wonderful day and went for a chilled menu built all around them. It was such a pleasure to be able to be part of such a special day for a special couple. Unfortunately, as normal, we were so busy we are missing some of the food pictures 🤦🏼‍♂️

Another wedding this weekend and another trip to Chloe & Sam wanted a totally chilled bbq feel with plated meats and sharing salads and then a dessert table. Canapés to kick off and grazing nibbles for speeches/starters. I can’t explain how much the rain was coming down and you can’t really see that from the pictures but as a team we pulled through to deliver for the happy couple. Thank you for having us both! So I am so far behind on my posts it’s madness! This was a wedding recently for the lovely Laura & Rob!! It was at one of our fave venues and I will be honest, I was in the moment so I am short of pictures!! We designed the menu from our Bride & Grooms favourite foods and it went down a storm. Such amazing feedback from one of our recent events for a lovely couple we spent some time working on the menu with. The client had the most amazing produce fresh from the garden we built the menu around. Such a pleasure all round.

Sunday was the day for an 80th celebration birthday lunch in Leicester. We worked with Wendy on a menu of her favourite things and loved catering for her and 60 of her friends and family! Simple lunch, done well. It went down a storm with all the guests.

We had an absolute fantastic day yesterday, cooking for a bride and groom who we’ve been talking to for a long time. It was lovely to see so much planning come together for such a beautiful intimate event. What was even extra special was the fact that we got to use the garden allotment to pick the Produce just before service. You can’t get fresh than that.

What a day!!!! We had the utter pleading of being part of Jacqui & Nigel’s special day yesterday in #lichfield A feast for all consisting of canapés, three course wedding breakfast, cheese grazing table and evening buffet for 75 guests.
