It has come to our attention that there are certain events being advertised in Tamworth under the names:

“Acoustic Shock”, “FIT” (Folk in Tamworth) and “In the Manor of Folk”.

We would like to make it known that Tamworth Folk Club has no association with any of these events and indeed the individuals promoting these events have no association with Tamworth Folk Club.

We would also like it to be known that these individuals have had no association with any previous iteration of Tamworth Folk Club or Tamworth Folk Moot.

However, we would like to take this opportunity to wish them every success in the promotion of Folk music in Tamworth.
