We are hiring!
We are looking for someone to join our crack team of Marquee riggers. Duties will include driving a van (a long wheelbase Sprinter or similar) and helping to set up Marquees at events throughout the South West over the Summer. We start on the 21st April, and initially part time, increasing in hours as the season gets busier through until the end of September.
You must be fit and strong, and able to get to our yard in rural West Somerset. Previous Marquee experience is useful but not essential.

It was very encouraging to hear about the Government's plans for lifting the current restrictions, and that both Weddings and Outdoor Events were mentioned.
In case you might have missed it, the plans for Weddings are:
6 guests permitted from 8th March
15 guests permitted from 12th April
30 guests permitted from 17th May
No Limit on guests, and no social distancing or restrictions from 21st June
These dates will be reviewed each month and will no doubt be based on the data regarding infection rates and hospital admissions.
