We are back at The Coronation Hall, Mary Tavy, Wednesday 23rd April, 9.00 - 4.00.

Cake of the week is Victoria sponge with fresh berries.

There will also be lemon drizzle cake, stuffed biscoff cookies, cupcakes, gluten free raspberry and white chocolate cake, blueberry and lemon loaf cakes, hummingbird traybake, rock buns and chocolate brownies.

I’m going to make a small amount of chicken pies, chicken and chorizo pies, beef pies, quiche Lorraines, Homity pies, plenty of meat/vegetable lasagnes, vegetable rolls and sausage rolls.

Ice cream milkshakes will be available in the following flavours

There will be lemon drizzle cake, raspberry and white chocolate cake, blueberry and lemon cake, gluten free salted caramel, millionaire shortbread, rock buns and chocolate brownies.

Bella and I will be bringing the Tea Pod to Mary Tavy tomorrow. There will be a limited savoury menu for the next 2 weeks.
There will however be lasagnes, veggie lasagnes, cakes, brownies , Rick buns, millionaire shortbread and Biscoff stuffed cookies.

The cake of the week is going to be a fresh fruit sponge cake and by request lemon curd shortbread will be back on the menu every other week!

There will also be lemon drizzle cake, gluten free cake, blueberry and lemon swirls, brownies, biscoff millionaire shortbread and rock buns. I’m also going to make a selection of loaf cakes.

A road trip today took me to North Wales where I purchased the new Tea Pod. Unfortunately it’s not pink but it is bigger and better!

This week I will be trialling almond and raspberry loaf cakes.

There will also be cinnamon swirls, lemon drizzle cake, raspberry and white chocolate cake, gluten free lemon drizzle or raspberry and white chocolate loaf cake, millionaire shortbread, rock buns and chocolate brownies.

Today was a sad day as we waved ‘The Tea Pod’ off to its new home in Norfolk. Unfortunately the pod didn’t cope well with all the pot holes on the roads and needed too much work to make it safe again.
Don’t worry though, I have my eye on another catering trailer which I am viewing next week and hope to have delivered on March 5th.

I’ve had a request for more fruit cobblers so this week there will be peach and raspberry cobblers and mixed berry cobblers. I’ll make more cinnamon rolls too.
