We’re all about making your wedding feel like you. After we’ve created a tailored menu for your special day we offer a tasting night. Come and try the menu, tweak anything you like, pair it with your fave wine, and even have a play around with table setups.

It’s relaxed, fun, and gives you a proper feel for what your day could look, and taste like. Whether you’re thinking sharing boards, plated courses, or a full-on feast we’ll bring the flavour and the vibes for you to try out.

We look after everything making it a stress free evening for you. From creating a bespoke menu, sourcing fresh & local ingredients, cooking & serving delicious food and all the washing up! Leaving you and your guests to enjoy your evening together.

We are super excited to announce our Latin Night at on Saturday the 7th June!

We can’t wait to be back in Newport with Heber firing up the BBQ serving delicious authentic Latin dishes. Start the evening with para picar including Truffle & Marscapone Arancini or Pardon Peppers then move to fabulous tapas as starters or sides. You can choose from a range of delicious, colourful dishes alongside stunning grilled meat with roasted sweet potatoes from the BBQ. This type of food is perfect shared with friends or family, and a full bar will be available from the team at the rugby club.

Due to it being a one night event, we do recommend pre-ordering food if you have your heart set on any dishes as there will be a limited quantity available on the evening.

If you're hosting at home or in an Airbnb, we'll come to you. We look after all the cooking and washing up leaving you and your hens to enjoy the celebrations!

We'll provide great food and cocktails made just for you, because your hen party should be unforgettable and fabulous food and drink will create amazing memories.

From grazing boards, to tapas or three course meals, we'll tailor the perfect menu for your and your guests.

We are so excited to announce our next Tapas Pop Up Evening at the beautiful on Tuesday 6th May.

Emma and Heber will be taking over the kitchen for the evening offering a delicious, traditional tapas menu 🇪🇸 😋

For all reservations please WhatsApp Emma on 07495 313711. We ask for a £5 per head deposit for all bookings which will be taken off your food bill on the evening.

Due to the nature of the pop up evening, there is limited availability on all dishes. If you have your heart set on certain dishes, please pre-order with Emma.

What a week! We had the honour of meeting HRH Prince Edward at as he visited to thank those involved with (The New Saints Foundation). It was a truly special moment and a wonderful recognition of the incredible work they do in the community.

At Rodriguez Events, we’re proud to work alongside the foundation, providing fresh, healthy, homemade packed lunches for their HAF sessions during half terms and school holidays. Knowing we’re helping to support local families with nutritious meals is something we’re really passionate about.

A huge thank you to The New Saints Foundation for all they do, and for letting us be a small part of it!

We're often asked "do you have set menus when catering for weddings?" And the short answer is no..! We create a bespoke menu for your special day to make it even more memorable.

When we start planning the catering with our wedding couples, we like to get to know them - including what food they love, what special memories they have around food, if they ate something special the night they got engaged, on holiday, when they moved in together. Asking lots of different foodie questions means we can really understand each couples tastes and from that we can create a bespoke menu for their special day.

We have plenty of sample menus we can send if you need some inspiration or ideas, but normally after some good conversations with our couples we can create a stunning menu ready for their big day. And knowing the menu has been tailored especially for them, makes the wedding day even more memorable 💕
