Today i went to Knightley Riding Club . A beautiful sunny early start ☀️

I managed to get a 1st & two 2nds 🏵️ in my inhand showing classes, which put me through to the Championships 🏆

🏅I GOT RESERVE CHAMPION!!!! 🏅
My mum couldn't believe it and even shed a tear after the year I have had being poorly, it made her really happy and was extremely pleased with me!!

I even had time to do some shopping at Midlands equestrian supplies i can't wait to try out my cowboy magic shampoo!!! 🤠

Call me pampered/Spoilt but i don't care! 🙉

I was running round in my paddock and neighing trying to get someones attention 😭, shouting -

'Hello can anyone not see or hear me? its raining and you know I hate the rain, I want to come in!'☔

🌟 luckily the Mother turned up & brought me inside to my nice dry comfy stable, now I am very happy, nice & dry, haynet and an early night for me. I am not a wet weather girl! 👸☔

Thank god the bin men dropped some hedge cuttings today whilst i was out on my walk, I needed snacks 🫣🤤! I hadn't eaten in 5 minutes!

Another show today at Wrekin North Riding Club I came home with two 2nd places and a 3rd. 🏵️

What lets me down is my sass and excitement, i find it so hard to control it, as i am such a little person, theres no where for it to go except out 💥💥💥! So I end up all scrunched up instead of relaxing being abit of a monkey. 🙊

Its always getting me in trouble but thats part of who I am 😇

Its so wonderful to be back out again!! 🌟🦄🌟

❤️Finally I am getting my life back and starting to feel myself, I am so happy to be doing things again, even my sister had a little ride for 5 minutes.😁

Mum has gone and booked us into a inhand show on Sunday, we need to start back at some point, its on a nice soft area so perfect for me at the moment. I am sure my excitement will take over 🤭 but I just can not wait to get back out and about, so we have started abit of inhand work in the field, get my cheekiness under control abit. 🤩

So I have now been out for a walk on the road 4 times each time a little further! I seem to get more excited everytime i go out 🙈

I have missed my walks so much, I love going out and after having 10 months off its such a relief.🤩

Mum bought me some Cavello hoof boots for my front hooves as my feet are still very bruised from the Laminitis so they need time to heal more, if i trod on a stone it would be very painful, so these were the best idea so i could get going again 😊

🎉Well i have had the go a head from my vet that i can start doing some exercise YIPPEE 🎉, after 10 months off!!!😳

We just did 10 mins long reining to ease me back in..... BUT.......... when the Mother was putting me back into my paddock i was that excited, that i was finally doing something, i reared up!!! 🤭Mum called me a little s**t 💩, i was like a bomb ready to explode 💣and then she let me go!!!!

Well i went off like an absolute rocket spinning some moves, farting & squealing!!!🚀
The excitement was just too much, its hard to conceal all the excitement when your this little!!

I am one very happy Pony!!!! 🤗😜

Mum turned up last night to put me to bed! But i knew she was an hour early ⏰!!! I was not ready to come in! 🤨

There was no way you were catching me Mother 😜!!!!! I kept this up for 10 minutes 🤭

Positive news 👏Well after being on my EMS medication i am feeling alot better. Had my bloods done again and my insulin levels have gone from 206 to 6.5 in 4 weeks!!! Have to lower my dosage over the nexts 4 weeks then repeat my bloods to see how i am doing. 😊

Also had my feet trimmed by my favourite Elijah 😍 and the trouble with being so little i always end up with a bum in my face, thanks JR! 🌟🦄🌟

🌟POORLY UPDATE 🌟After Xrays my feet are ok thankfully, only slight rotation in my one hoof, with corrective trimming i will be fine.

This is Elijah one of my farriers today, he always gives me a kiss, when i ask for one ❤️ but for some reason his back & knees hurt when he is doing my feet 🙈🤷🏻‍♀️

Blood tests showed i have EMS which is the horse version of type 2 diabetes 🙈 but on medicine now for a few months, to sort it out and wee all that sugar out that my body has decided to hold on too which has caused me to be so poorly with Laminitis.. Got to stay on a diet though to keep it all at bay. 😭 But its good news and Mum is very relieved. 🌟🦄🌟

So this is me on the scales today after being told i am classed as 'FAT' 😂 as you can see i am not best pleased about it. I am only a little bit over weight though, Mum has apparently been feeding me abit too much hay 🙈 plus without getting exercise being poorly makes things harder.

Anyway I had Severn Edge Vets come to see me today, to give me Xrays & Blood Tests, pleased to say nothing drastic going on inside my feet thank god, but they think I may have Cushings or EMS just got to wait for the results 🙈 Hoping for something to come out of it & go on medication so it can put a stop to this evil Laminitis! 😭

New Year New hair do!!! Thanks to my sister Hattie! 😎

I had been doing really well but we have had a little blip as I went sore on my feet again, so no turnout at all again and had to increase my pain killers. Not a clue why or how but we are all fed up with it now. I just want to be better so i can go out walking/events/parties/Showing.

My farrier came today and has given me a good trim of my hooves to try to help me, its made me sore but hopefully in a few days i will feel the benefit 🤞
Mum has put a fresh 5 bales of Bedmax shavings in my stable for me so its extra deep & soft, they are recommended as the best shavings by the Laminitis Trust, 🦄 so im extra cosy and comfy.

Mum's trying her best with what she can afford, she would love some clogs made for me by the farrier to give me extra comfort but its an extreme amount of money every 5 weeks, so shes just hoping i get better and we can manage it as best as possible. Why does everything have to be so expensive 😞 She gets so upset about me and worries because 'I'm her baby". She fears the worst but we are keeping our fingers & hooves crossed I'm going to get back to doing my zoomies round the field, 🏎️💨 🌟🦄🌟

After 7 weeks inside my 4 walls, I am now able to walk more comfortably out of my stable & reduced my pain killers🤗

I can go & say hello to everyone with lots of squeals and a munch of grass thank god for a little while once a day 🌟
I was naughtily dragging my mum around the field bucking & squealing its just sooo exciting being outside & feeling abit better 🤪!!! So she has made me a little paddock to save her arms 🙈

Still having to be very careful so we are just seeing how I go each day. ❤️ 🌟🦄🌟

Ohhh sooo famous ⭐

🤕 Charity pony Twinkle, who raises money for charities in and around Edgmond, is having to put her hooves up for a few days after developing Laminitis (an inflammation of the tissue in the hoof).

She’s raised over £1,000 for charity so far!

Well my Mum got a surprise phone call today from BBC Radio Shropshire asking to come and interview me this afternoon about the fundraising i have done the past few years. 😀

The lovely Genevieve arrived and spoke to my mum about me and what we get up to. She even gave me my favourite... a bum scratch!!!! 😆

Our interview will be on the radio and on their social media site along with a few photos of me 🤩

It has cheered me right up, with being poorly, a wonderful surprise ❤️!!!
Thankyou Genevieve and Radio Shropshire, its lovely to feel appreciated for the hard work I have done fundraising & helping local charities 🤗

My poorly baby yet again!!! Laminitis flare up in October!! and now Colitis starting. Which now turns out its not the pain killers causing the Colitis its the actual Laminitis. Vets have straight away put a prescription up for her for strong probiotics for her hind gut & she can now have pain killers thank god! 3 bales of shavings for a pillow stable to help her be more comfortable. Xx

My little cousin Ivy came to see me yesterday with her daddy. 💕
She tested out my new saddle pad for me. Ivy had lots of confidence and was very brave today as usually she only wants a very quick sit on me, but i actually got to take her for a ride around the barn, she was very happy & smiley!!😊

It did me good too as i don't have a jockey.

Well me & my mum got to spend some much needed time together, I couldn't stop giving her kisses and cuddling up to her on her shoulder ❤️

With this funny weather i was getting to hot during the day because my winter coat is growing, so mum made the decision to clip me abit early plus it stops me blowing up the clippers when my coat is full on fluff mode 💥

All bathed & rugged fresh as a daisy, it always makes me so excited!!! Back to work next week at long last 😃

Hello i am back!!! My Mum has been extremely poorly & i haven't seen much of her at all 😔 but she is recovering & nearly there, so we can hopefully get going again we haven't done anything in months due to us both being unwell ❤️.

As you can see i look ever so slightly unkept 😂! My winter coat has come through, plus i am absolutely filthy!! Oh and i am abit feral 🤪
I need clipping & to get back to work asap, i think Mum might have her hands full 🤭
