It’s a big year for APW as we enter 2025 going into our 10th year bringing live action packed professional wrestling to Telford. Bringing in homegrown talent and talent from across the UK and the world we offer an experience like no other.

On Saturday 11th January we return to Dawley Town Hall (our home) with APW Presents Battleground. Fan favourites like “The Warrior” Luke Basham, Johnny GG and TJ Sky will all be in action. The newly crowned APW Next Level Champion Steven Keane will defend his new Championship for the very first time. Battleground will see the return for the first time in years “No Fun” Dunne and many more of your fan favourites and not so favourite people will all be in action.

Expect to see at our shows;

In what is going to be a huge year for us, as APW celebrates 10 years of bringing you action packed shows. We ended 2024 with a bang but we are promising that this year will be our best year yet and it all starts on Saturday 11th January with Battleground live at Dawley Town Hall.

Deep clean for the gym equipment today 🧼🧹

Do you want to use a gym where you can train on your own without having to wait for equipment?

Or would like the chance to train in your own space?? Or even with a group of friends?

Well starting January 2025 you will be able to book your slot in our gym at a cost of just £5 per hour.

(Please be aware we do have sessions set during certain times but slots are still able to be booked during those times)

All our equipment is top of the range supplied by Primal Strength. So if you’re looking to get yourself into better shape whilst having your own space in 2025 now is your time at The Spotfest Pro Wrestling Training Facility.

🚨SHOW CANCELLED🚨

PLEASE READ

As you may have seen, there has been a lack of promotion concerning the show advertised on the 23rd November. Unfortunately behind the scenes we have ran into so many issues in the past few weeks that have affected the show and promotion of Collision Course.

This has led to multiple changes in the show and poor ticket sales which has happened to much that it’s pretty hard and stressful to be prepared to deliver the standard of show that we believe we do and most importantly that the fans in attendance get there money worth.

Refunds have already been processed (they should take 5-10 business days to appear in your account)

Though this isn’t exactly the ideal way for us to end 2024 we are very proud of what we have delivered this year. We want to thank Dawley Town Hall for behind so understanding, an amazing venue with the best staff. We want to thank anyone who has been a part of our events from staff to the roster, who wholeheartedly gave everything to deliver fantastic shows.

We will be providing updates in the coming weeks about 2025. But for now thank you all

It’s all looking big for this Saturdays show as the Gigachads enter the TLC match

🚨EXCLUSIVE🚨

We continue to look at the competitors that will take part in this Saturdays first ever Tables, Ladders and Chairs Match at Anniversary.

Next up is the Gigachads, who are the only team to have never won the APW Tag Team Championships out of the 3 teams but the gigachads are not unfamiliar with winning tag gold before with other partners. These two have risen from the shadows of The Forsaken to forge a fan favourite tag team that are looking straight at the gold.

Can there experience lead them to becoming the NEW APW Tag Team Champions?

Yesterday the Spotfest Pro Wrestling Academy once again offered a free session to kids part of the Urban Games Initiative provided by Telford & Wrekin Council.

This session was a year since we joined the Urban Games sessions and we was joined by 7 children of which 6 had never tried wrestling before. That now brings us to a total of 57 children this year we have introduced to the world of professional wrestling.

We offer kids sessions every Saturday 10am-12pm for £10 a session.

Steven Keane will reveal what he has planned for Anniversary tomorrow

We have been contacted by APW General Manager Pete Crockett in regard to news concerning Steven Keane.

Over the past few months Steven Keane has been sneaking around and though he became to the first person to unsuccessfully cash in the New Heights Briefcase he’s still carrying it about and we’re unsure why.

But we’ve received a video from Steven Keane via the GM Pete Crockett and in it he addresses some plans for Anniversary. Tomorrow we will show the APW fans as Anniversary on Saturday 9th November is about to get even more interesting.

Woody Anderson takes on Ashley Dunn on Saturday 9th November at Anniversary for the new APW Next Level Championship.

We are just weeks from crowning our very first APW Next Level Champion at Anniversary on Saturday 9th November live at Dawley Town Hall.

Earlier this week we talked about Ashley Dunn and now we talk about the man that will stand opposite him in the final of the APW Next Level Tournament in Woody Anderson.

Anderson who just like Dunn has been on a huge winning streak including last shows win over Liam Porter as Ashley Dunn watched from ringside. Anderson who is looking to get his first singles championship in APW has become a favourite of the APW fans and he now says he’s winning this title for them.

Anderson has played a huge part in the success of APW after being a part of APW for the past 6 years and proves to be one of the hardest workers. He believes it’s his time to outshine the darkness Ashley Dunn brought on him.

Both men are no strangers to gold with successes all over the UK Scene but who will win there first singles title within APW?
