Following a lot of messages, comments, and phone calls, we felt the need to let you all know that we are not holding a Shropshire Kids Festival in 2024.

Due to the current economic climate, this festival is just not viable for a small business like ours. HOWEVER, we will be making the Kids Area at Shrewsbury Food Festival even bigger and even better! With all children's activities included in the admission price, children aged 0-14 years old can have the best day out in the sunshine, whilst also enjoying cookery sessions, live music, street food, and our Field To Fork area, teaching them where our food comes from!

TOY TESTERS WANTED 🧮

We're hosting toy testing sessions on Monday 15th January, between 2pm - 6:30pm and we'd love for you to come along!

There are plenty of toys to try for children aged 2 - 9 years old, adults will need to be involved and answer questions, but we will feed you coffee and cake! Each participating family will be given a £20 Amazon voucher.

If chosen to take part you will be provided with the venue and a time slot by email from Shropshire Festivals Ltd. Unfortunately if your child has tested toys with us before you will not be selected on this occasion.

TOY TESTERS WANTED 🧮

We're hosting toy & game tester sessions on Tuesday, 29th August and we're on the lookout for children to come along!

There are three different games to try, with varying age groups:
👉 Baby animal toy: Girls 3-6
👉 Fart Yoga (A bum bag that farts when you perform yoga moves): This is a family game, perfect for friendship groups or families to get involved in, minimum age 5.
👉 Table-top electronic game: No bigger than a laptop, throw a small ball to light up a row, aim is to get four rows in your colour to win. Age 8 - 10.

Adults will need to be involved, but we will feed you coffee and cake! Each participating family will be given a £20 Amazon voucher.

We provided over 200 boxes for the children, and adults to create a city made entirely of cardboard! 📦
