We've been at the beautiful Serenity Gardens this weekend catering a fantastic rustic wedding.

True to theme- the happy couple opted for our easygoing barbecue buffet menu 🍗🌽🍅

We were busy cooking up burgers, sausages, pasta, potatoes, corn on the cob and so much more!

Did you know that you can enjoy the luxury of fine dining from the comfort of your own home? 👑

Qube Catering was behind the scenes at a private dining event on Saturday night, seamlessly cooking four dishes while the hosts were able to enjoy a glass of wine and the company of their guests! 🍷

For the starters we prepared a delicate whipped goat's cheese and beetroot salad and a lightly spiced chicken taco. For the main course options we had show stopping beef wellington, packed with local PGI beef and wrapped in golden pastry, and succulent chicken supreme. Our friends at Loafley Bakery & Deli Co. provided an incredible birthday cake for the grand finale! 🎈
