“We just wanted to write and say a huge thank you for all you did to make the flowers at our wedding so beautiful! We loved everything you did and had lots of compliments on how beautiful the flowers were.
We also know that it was probably really difficult for you to do such an amazing job with a painful injured knee so are really grateful for all you and your amazing team did.

When one of your wonderful customers uses her crafty skills to raise money for a rehoming dog rescue business in Cartagena in Spain…
Both Jolies Fleurs and Dee’s Cakes have been selling these delightfully detailed, handmade Angels and so far have raised nearly £300 between us !
I think they are perfect as a Christmas gift for children or grand children !!
Priced at just £8.00 each with ALL proceeds raised going to the dog rescue home 🐕 💙🩵🐾

People watching is one of my favourite pastimes !

Since May 2024 the BFA have been running heats allover the UK. These took place at our Hub meetings in Glasgow, Sheffield, Bristol and London. We were so pleased to see the level of enthusiasm and skill in both of our competitions.

Yesterday, I spent a fantastic day at the Love Actually Wedding Fayre at Bath Racecourse. Right at the entrance, I was welcomed by a stunning display from my friends Ian and Kevin, who run Arriving in Style (https://lnkd.in/e8z3mxp6) a business renting out unique vehicles for special occasions.

Last week Anne and I had a “little gathering“ with some of our friends to officially celebrate our collaboration .

The evening was wonderful and to be surrounded by people who have helped us get to this stage was a special treat!

A huge thank you to Ronnie's of Thornbury for the delicious canapés and drinks for the evening ( I think my favourite was the mini lemon and blueberry tarts !! Just scrummy !!)

We have had the pleasure of flowering up the wonderful gold Ford ‘Angel” for a few years now …. But the new Rolls Royce and the Enfield side car is a new exciting project for us! 🏍️ 🚙 🌷 🌹

The customer service from Ian and his team is super, coupled with the attention to detail - from the matching flowers, costumes for drivers to a personalised number plate on the day.

I’m in need of some tlc and a loving home !
I’ve been a dining table …. And then a florist work table …. I’m pretty heavy to be honest! My central extension leaf is working just fine - so a sand and a lick of paint is bound to give me another few years of family stories ( and food !)

I’m sitting out the back of Jolies Fleurs ! Come and collect me if you want me !
( table top size when extended - approx 2m x 1m)
Top comes off of the legs but allen key needed !

Don’t panic !! Jolies Fleurs isn’t going anywhere ! But …. We are about to have a very exciting collaboration with an awesome local artist !

There are paint brushes out …. Stud walls to be built …. And it’s all busy busy !

I do have some lovely fresh flowers and I’m still providing bouquets ( in the chaos !😂)

If you need blooms - please pre order if you can and I’ll make sure they are ready for you ! ( walk ins are a little tricky this week !- and you might be given a paint brush !!)
