Tuesday 9th: 10am-5pm
Wednesday 10th: 10am-5pm
Thursday 11th: 11.30am-3pm

It really saddens me to have to say this as I thought we as a society had turned a corner, however... Abuse, whether that be verbal or physical, will NOT be tolerated towards myself or my staff members!!

Sadly, there was an incident today where a man entered our store and proceeded to express, quite loudly, his anger and annoyance, directly at a member of staff who is 16 years old.

Unfortunately, this man was very unhappy due to me not being open on the advertised closed days, he also chose to ignore my opening times clearly positioned on the outside of my shop. No opportunity was given to explain why I don't take my phone home on my days off. He was escorted out of the shop, bid a good day, and was requested not to come back again.

Under no circumstances is this behaviour okay! Voices will not be raised in my shop towards myself or my staff. If you do not afford us the opportunity to explain and make things right, you will be asked to leave.
