Thank you to everyone who came for uniform today, all proceeds will go back into Thorne OAP and Welfare Centre towards the upkeep. We will be holding another open day October half term, if you need anything before then please get in touch

Come pay us a visit on Saturday 19th August 11am
To 2pm Thorne OAP Centre on Church Street. All we ask, if possible, for a small donation to help the Centre. We have pre loved uniform for all the schools in Thorne and Moorends. If you can’t make it on the day we can help you by arrangement. Contact Catherine Whatmore Crntre Manager.

Thank you to everyone for coming out to see us today at our summer event and uniform bank, it was lovely to see you all and we are so glad the rain held off for most of the day

Hi lovely people. We are looking for some volunteers to help us with our garden here at the Thorne OAP and Welfare Centre as well as doing a few general tasks. As we are all getting on in years the general up keep is getting a bit much for us all.

If you or anyone you know could give us a helping hand we would be very grateful for any help you could give us, nothing to strenuous expected of anyone.
