Its taken a while for this to actually sink in but after 6 months in the planning, and a lot of sleepless nights im so pleased we managed to serve an excellent 4 course Wedding Menu this weekend for our lovely clients. Totally out of my comfort zone with the waitress service and formal setting, keeping everything cold & hot juggling plates, renting ovens, running the pass but what a challenge! Lots of lessons learnt including my photos are naff🤣
The Menu
Starters:Cured Salmon in Gin, Pomegranite, Orange& Beetroot or Marinated Beetroot with Goats Cheese & Walnut.
Mains: Lamb Shank in a Red Wine Jus with Potatoe Dauphinoise or Filo Pie with Roasted Squash, Feta & Harissa with Salsa Verde
Dessert: Tiramisu, Eton Mess & Black Forest Gateau.
