Creative Cuisine Caterers was an idea conceived in the minds of two childhood friends and confessed Gastronome; Fabian Bennett and Kemorine Allen in early 2013 and provides hired catering services to clients on a contract/hire basis. Based in Croydon, Surrey, the business prides itself on creating a wide range of fusion dishes amalgamated from recipes and traditions taken from various part of the

globe to provide its clients with an explosion of culinary artistry, flavours and unforgettable tastes. Our creations are inspired by fusing regional cuisines and cookery traditions from the Caribbean, West African and South Asian dishes to create a unique combination. Since 2013, Creative Cuisine Caterers has provided scrumptious dishes at several social events ranging from Birthday Parties, Christenings, Baby and Bridal Showers and other much smaller gathering.
