👰🏻‍♀️🤵🏻‍♂️💍This weekend, I had the honor of creating some truly special floral pieces for a beautiful wedding.

💚 Bride & Maid of Honour: Instead of a traditional bouquet, we went for delicate wrist corsages, perfect for the intimate, rustic vibe. The bride’s corsage was made with elegant ivory roses, thistles, and lush greenery, while the maid of honour had a purple rose , thistles, and greenery. We also crafted a simple yet lovely hair clip to complement the maid of honours look.

🌿 Boutonnières:The groom and best man wore coordinating boutonnieres—ivory rose for the groom and purple rose for the best man, both accented with thistles and greenery for that perfect touch of the Scottish countryside.

🍃 Centerpieces:The table centerpieces were a true reflection of the natural beauty around us, featuring eucalyptus, thistles, and delicate gypsophila arranged around freshly cut pine wood slices, from the Kilfinan Community Forest.

It was a joy to work with such a lovely couple, and I wish them a lifetime of happiness! 🌸

After a summer full of adventures, rain ☔, and making amazing memories with the kids, it's almost time to get back to the school routine. While I’ve loved having them home, let's be real—kid-free time is pretty awesome too! 😂

Over the past couple of weeks, I have had the pleasure of sending out some truly stunning flowers, all grown right here in Tighnabruaich. I'm thrilled to share that these beauties were cultivated by myself, alongside some absolutely beastly dahlias from Bob at Kilfinan Nursery, and a wonderful array from Sandra, a local flower enthusiast/Florist who truly knows her stuff!

Three years ago, our family embarked on a remarkable adventure, trading the city buzz of Glasgow for the tranquil charm of Tighnabruaich. Surrounded by nature's embrace, we found solace and endless wonder in our new home.

Despite the commute to Glasgow and managing our thriving businesses there, our hearts were set on becoming an integral part of this vibrant community. Now, we're elated to announce our latest endeavor: the opening of our very own florist shop nestled in the heart of this forested haven! 🌼💼

Having recently completed a florist and horticulture course, I'm thrilled to channel my passion for flowers into a flourishing local business, while still nurturing our ventures in Glasgow.

As a devoted mum to two children who attend the local school and nursery, and newly christened hen mum to seven adorable chicks 🐤, life in Tighnabruaich has been an enriching tapestry of growth, community, and boundless optimism.
