As we round up October nearly, we are excited for November to begin so we can start our official Christmas prep.

We are officially opening our books for our Christmas wreath making classes.

Week commencing the 25th of November our 2 hour evening workshops will be starting throughout the remainder of November till the 2nd week in December.

It is like previous years on a first come first served basis.

Monday- Saturday evening classes available.
-
Costings on request- deposit secures your booking and then the rest can be paid on the night!
Groups of between 2-8 people.

On the night you will create your own door wreath from the wire frame right to the finishing touches to make your own bespoke design.
Refreshments provided on the night.

We are spread across the whole venue today, we have our brand new sweet cart in the garden room, a registrar table arrangement in the orangery and our table is fully set up with a selection of displays to show you your options for your special day.

We have our popular 80cm hoops in the centre of the table in the marquee and we have a full portfolio for you too look through.

Autumn's 1st window dressing!!

We will have more halloween bits arriving over the next few weeks but the 1st stage is in the window being displayed on out gorgeous BRAND NEW sweet cart! ( available soon for hire)

The brrrr months are upon us and frankly it's getting us excited for the big C word 🎄🤶🎅🌲

We have our glass pumpkins available to sell if you're into the more neutral tones for decoration ( perfect to fill full with sweets ready for them trick or treaters)
We also have mini ornamental pumpkins and autumn garlands as well as a couple of gorgeous autumn wreaths to hang on your door!!

Yesterday we were back at the gorgeous for Nicola and Adam's wedding.
-
We created the bridal bouquet, bridesmaids corsages, the flowers for the wands created by
We then did the Buttonholes for Adam and his best men and groomsmen.
-
Then inside the barn we filled an assortment of jars with, roses, gypsophilia, lisianthus, Callistephus, spray roses and Eucalyptus and pistach. We then used a selection of 3 different Eucalyptus as a skirt around the wooden slabs to create the finished look.
Then we created our 6 foot top table arrangement that was of course used in the gorgeous ceremony under the lovely marquee.

Mondays wedding at the gorgeous

We created the bridal bouquet and bridesmaids bouquets for the lovely Emma and her maid of honour and bridesmaids, which were a mixture of light and dark blues and whites- Roses, spray roses, gypsophilia, hydrangea, delphinium, thistle, freesia.
-
We then decorated the beautiful barn at houchins with our halo designs with our cylinder vases with roses in the centres of them and floating candles on the top.
A full 6.5 foot top table arrangement that was also used behind the lovely foliage curtain during the ceremony as well as decorating the aisle chairs with mini versions of your bridal bouquet.
-
We loved filling the barn and ceremony space with the colours of the day and wish the happy Mr and Mrs a life time of happiness.

Starting off the weekend with a beautiful bride post!!

sent over some of her photos by the amazing yesterday and I couldn't help but use them all on a full grid post!

Becky and Will got married in June at the stunning and we loved creating the bridal party flowers and registrar/ top table display for the wedding.
But I wanted a post full dedicated to how beautiful becky looked and her showing off her flowers that I loved creating for her!

Her bridal party also had smaller versions of her own bouquet and Will her handsome husband had a buttonhole to match her bouquet.

We love when our lovely couples send over their professional photos from their special days.
We are deep in wedding season and are loving creating all our bespoke weddings for our lovely couples.

We wish Mr and Mrs Anderson-white a happy and loving future together and congratulations again from us all at .

Friday we were honoured to be a part of a little secret. A secret wedding!
The beautiful couple got married at Colchester Town Hall and then had an engagement party on Saturday where they announced to all there friends and loved ones that they actually got married the day before! How amazing is that?? Just the parents of the couple were in attendance.
So for the special ceremony we created a stunning and simply bridal bouquet of all white tulips and Gypsophilia, tied with a satin ribbon.
We then did White tulip and Gypsophilia Buttonholes for the Groom and mum's and dad's of the bride and groom.
-
We then got the bridal bouquet back and put it in a vase so the bride could use it the next day for the engagement/ announcement party.
We loved being a small part of the couples day and wish them every happiness in there life together and congratulations again guys, now enjoy forever together.

A weekend's busy prep work has begun!!

We have got a weekend full of bouquets and pre bookings to do for tomorrow and Saturday, but that can't start unless you have fresh flowers in stock.
So today's job has been conditioning all the flowers ready for tomorrow's work to go to our lovely customers. And then another fresh delivery is coming tomorrow for Saturday and Sundays jobs-
So question is?? What is your favourite flower this season??

Saturday we were at the beautiful for Hannah and Sam's wedding day.
-
We created the bridal party and groomsmen flowers, as well as a beautiful registrar table piece and 2 pedestal stands that stood either side of the aisle to frame them and then were moved to either side of the staircase as well as being used for either side of the top table so 3 uses for 1 costing ( which we love to be able to do at Bs Blooms)
-
Hannahs bouquet was an all white mix of roses, spray roses, stocks, snap dragons, Gypsophilia, wax flower, astilby and of course a few gorgeous peonies thrown in for good measure ( as we are now officially in peony season)
-
Hannah's 4 bridesmaids had blush and white versions of her own ( without the peonies) but they looked gorgeous.
-
Sam's buttonhole was a white rose with blush lisianthus, Gypsophilia and Eucalyptus ( incorporating a small piece of each of the items in the bridal bouquet)
-
Sam's Best man's buttonhole was a blush rose, spray rose and Eucalyptus ( incorporating things that were in the bridesmaids bouquets)

We loved creating the flowers for Hannah and Sam's special day and would like to wish them our warmest congratulations, here's to many happy and healthy years together.
