Join us on the 7th July at Deacon's Field, nr the Rugby Club, for a day of fun, music, food, entertainment and more. With some incredible bands, DJ's, entertainment and stalls its going to be a great afternoon. The event is free for everyone, so please come along and joins us, watch the acts on our big stage and enjoy yourselves. Picnics are welcome but we have delicious food available on site.

So here it goes.......I am truly so overwhelmed with how many family's turned up to FamilyFest yesterday. My vision for the day was for family's to come together, to enjoy and feel safe and happy in their surroundings, and to be enjoying doing things kids love as a family.

To be able to stop and take a moment when I could, I stood and watched children enjoy bubbles, planting a seed to take home and grow, painting their own suncatchers and I have to mention seeing their lil faces light up when they saw our great friend Paddington!!!! (I also saw someone's face not light up which still made me smile 😋)

So even tho we were all enjoying ourselves even tho the rain was trying so hard to spoil it I have to say the biggest apologies for having to stop the event half an hour early. The storm was so close we were under legal requirements to stop the event to keep not only everyone who was a ticket holder safe, but we had to keep our staff and volunteers safe too. So please except my deepest apologies as it really was upsetting to have to close early but was taken out of our hands.

I also want to say such a massive thank you to our staff and volunteers who worked so so hard. We deeply appreciate each and everyone of you so much.

I'd like to thank once again our sponsors for having the faith in me right from the beginning to support me with my vision, I truly am grateful.

We also raised £220 for the Kent Deaf Children's Society so thanks so much to everyone that brought a ticket in the tombola!!!!

Less than a week to go my FamilyFest Tonbridge 2023 goers!!!

I literally can't wait to see everyone enjoying some family time together!!

We have worked so so hard to make this event something everyone can enjoy ❤️❤️❤️

Amazing to see so many people supporting Tonbridge Food and Drink Festival . Was such lovely weather for it too!!

Handed out some leaflets for FamilyFest Tonbridge 2023 and most importantly gave 4 free tickets to a lovely family that I was drawn too, after speaking to them we found out their lil girl had unfortunately dropped her ice cream so we were so pleased to be able to cheer them up a lil with the free tickets 🥰❤❤❤

Quite a few of these arrived in the week!!! I'm extremely excited about this, growing home grown food is amazing for children to get involved with which is why I had to have a grow your own area at FamilyFest Tonbridge 2023

The children can come along, pick a pot, fill it with soil and plant a seed to then take home and care for it as it grows and then enjoy eating it!!!
