We believe you can source relatively inexpensive game that is found in abundance; add a little pork, some curing magic and produce some spectacular results. Europeans have been doing it for years and it's high time we got involved. Good Game is about the right food in the right seasons, with a taste-bud busting experience that’s easy on the wallet. Everything we do is artisan and we can trace the

meat and fish back to the field it came from, or the boat it was caught on. If you want to know what you are eating, and you should, then Good Game is the sensible choice for you.

We have one of our new products where we have cured & dry hung cuts from wonderful Cornish Water Buffalo reared by the guys at in Drift, near Penzance. Delicious. This has been rather well received the last couple of months

We have also launched this week a new Collab project where we have produced a new Wagyu Bresaola using delicious Topside & Silverside from the guys at Where the cured meat has hung for 4-5 months giving a mature yet sweet tasting tender piece of Charcuterie magic

Jazz it up with our very own Good Game melted 'nduja! Which is a delicious addition to our burgers, adding some warmth and sweetness from this cured soft roasted pepper filled salami! Finish with Pickled Slaw & Gherkins 😋

•Good Game Charcuterie will be in the fabulous and massive Food & Drink Pavillion with a selection of our very Devon Made Charcuterie including our Salamis, Chorizos, Bresaolas, Pancetta, Guanciale, Coppa & more! We will also have our Biltong, Bacon Jams & Sauces

•Good Game Grill - Devon Burgers will be on the Food Walk area serving up their Artisan Wild Devon Venison Burgers and Dry Aged Devon Ruby Chuck Steak Burgers, pickled slaw and brioche baps

•Good Games Devon Doghouse will be popping up in the area near the Devon Ales tent (convenient!) with hotdogs, pulled pork loaded fries, vegan dogs and pulled pork baps plus skin on fries!

So the journey begins using our new bit of kit! In around 3-4 months time we will be sharing with you our first Coppa we have produced using this .byeverlasting hanging chamber which is situated in our restaurant The South West Pizza Company on Topsham Quay

Our Coppa, which is a delicious cut from Pork Shoulder, is cured using Nitrate & Preservative Free Salt and a unique blend of herbs and spices - some say ' a taste of Christmas!'

Watch this space for what we put into the chambers next and how the Coppa is getting along through this air drying process
