The long low’n’slow cook has begun for Razzfest tomorrow. 3 Locally sourced Pork Butts and 3 Locally sourced Brisket flats cooking nicely.
Our speciality Mac’n’cheese to make, Petes own recipe sauces ready to go… almost there! Can’t wait for tomorrow it’s going to be a long day but the festival atmosphere and groups playing will be awesome !

Set up for a football club’s presentation day today, catering for 200 plus children and their families. Looks like it’s going to be a good day. But windy though, might have to put a reef in the feather flag 🤣

Wedding season has arrived!!
It was a pleasure to cater for the evening guests at the wedding of Alice & Mitchell on Saturday in Stokeinteignhead. The weather was beautiful for them on their special day.
Evening meal supplied for 120 guests ;
18 hour low n slow Pulled pork in Brioche rolls.
American style hotdogs for the children.
Pulled King Oyster mushrooms for our vegetarian guests ,although, lots of meat eaters also enjoyed them.
Bourbon BBQ beans, with a bottle of Jim Bean added ( Pete was almost crying as he added it 🤣)!
Apple & Tarragon Slaw.
All served with a choice of home made sauces and other condiments.
All seemed to go down well, with lots having three servings.

Due to unforeseen circumstances the Bulliver coffee launch has been postponed till further notice.

Busy day at Fire Dining HQ today. Prepping for our next event tomorrow Saturday 18th May at Bullivers Coffee launch day in Ashburton.
Located in the old train shed it’s the perfect place to come along and grab a delicious bite to eat from the BBQ TRAIN 🚂

The weather held out in the end.. we were thinking we’ll be catering in the rain all day but apart from a couple of showers it was a beautiful day.
The children had so many things going on to occupy them, which meant the adults had time for a pulled pork roll, chicken wings or vege burger.
We Sold out by 3pm!!
Thank you everyone for your custom and feedback. We look forward to seeing you all again at our next event.
