As we believe in a work life balance our diary is closed today and we'll all be spending quality time with each other as some things are more important than money.

***IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING OUTDOOR INFLATABLE HIRES***
With another weekend of us having to cancel all our outdoor inflatable hires due to the wind gust forecast being above the legal limits, we have decided moving forward and to keep our business sustainable we are introducing a 7 day rule... We will only accept outdoor inflatable hire bookings if your booking is within 7 days time of your booking date in order for us to check the weather forecast and have a good idea if your booking can go ahead.

Over the last 4 years we have lost nearly £12,000 of outdoor bookings due to the weather and these bookings could have proceeded if they had been booked indoors, we cannot continue to sustain these losses and be reliant on the British weather.
We trust you understand our decision making & have thought long & hard about this decision and rather than become just an inside booking company, we hopefully find this as a sustainable way to move forward.
This only applies to inflatable bookings & will not be applied to Sumo Suits, Garden games etc. that are not inflatables.

We're literally the wrong company to ask if you've been let down because of high winds...and still this person is ringing around trying to get an inflatable after we gave them this advice.
Us good professional companies communicate with each other, the sad thing is someone will probably do it if they get the chance.

***SAFETY UPDATE***
With the weather warning in place and winds forecast above the legal limits this weekend, we have cancelled all our outdoor inflatable bookings as it's the right thing to do to keep you safe.
We lead, others follow... eventually (well sometimes they do lol) 😉

Wind Warning 🌪️🌪️🌪️
With the wind gust forecast reaching up to 40mph over the weekend and into early next week, we have cancelled all our outdoor inflatable bookings this weekend and early next week.
We get a lot of grief for relying on a weather forecast and our answer is simply this "If the worst was to happen the 1st thing we would have to explain to HSE and a judge is why we ignored and went against a weather forecast"
Until the day someone comes up with a valid reason of ignoring the very risk assessment that says check the weather forecast before operating and setting up an inflatable outdoors then we will continue to take this stance on outdoor bookings.
The only way to guarantee a booking is to book indoors...

But on this occasion we think we should after receiving this review from a booking on Sunday...
10 years in business this year and not one negative review ever ever...not bad in this day and age of social media. 🎺🎺🎺
