Sorry we didn't have time to put this on last night but we were in South Molton for the switching on of their Christmas lights which proved to be extremely busy. The turnout was fantastic and all the stalls were well supported, well done to Mel and her team for all their hard work tl make it happen.

Once again, we are very much looking forward to serving the amazing, friendly Bikers over the six month's of 2025. Not forgetting at the end of the season, we will feel proud again to donate an amount from the trading period, to the VERY WORTHY LOCAL CHARITIES that Lisa and Bike Team select.

Limited batches made from scratch - personally shopped, prepped, cooked etc using the finest authentic ingredients. Increases from 2020 kept to a minimum from the soaring costs since. Good morning food round customers - the usual food round is running today, inc Merton. As I'm in curry mode this week I especially made homemade chicken tikka last night, lots of fresh ginger, garlic and coriander, served in fresh french stick or soft bakery roll.

This evening not a fresh chilli insite, although rather a fruity aroma kitchen - chicken with juicy fresh mango, lots of coconut cream and fresh ginger (non garlic). And, chicken Korma oozing with fresh ginger, garlic, coriander, lots of mild ground spices, coconut cream and cream. Everything in moderation! Next week, look out for the signature Beef Lasagne (flew off the shelf in 2020 quicker than I could remake) and possibly Beef Madras. And then, the condensed menu with prices will be open. (Those of you that have pmd you'll receive one day prior). Thanks all for looking, liking and hopefully trying again. Available for 2 months I hope.

Kitchen smelling very oriental this afternoon; the remaking of some of the popular 2020/21 readymeals. Today Chicken in homemade blackbean sauce. Oozing with fresh superfoods - fresh ginger, chillies, garlic, onions and more. Ideal for your freezer just in time for that festive season. Next week hopefully 7 or 8 popular menu choices available.
