Fabulous news! We are very grateful to Hampshire and Isle of White Community Fund who are now sponsoring River Studios Music CIC, Southampton Inclusion Network, Saturday morning Stars music activities for 12 and under. This is a subsidised opportunity to engage with music lessons for any 12 and under, at the moment online, or at the studio in a Covid safe environment for those who are facing barriers to going online.

Hi NEW FOR 2021 from River Studios Totton,

Great news!
Would your children enjoy a FREE online music activity morning?
Due to the recent COVID restrictions we have made the decision to start running our 12 and under Saturday Morning Music sessions online at River Studio as we believe it important to keep young minds active and creatively focused where possible during these testing times.

With this exciting update we are offering low-cost online classes on Saturday mornings via Zoom! Starting 31st January.
Come along for absolutely FREE sessions during January and February!

We are already doing online sessions with our weekday SYIMN project, which is working well. So we are now offering a wide variety of classes in:

Music production
Drums
Guitar
Piano
Singing
Song writing
Performance coaching
Confidence building
Recording

The classes are already subsidized so only £39.99 per month and are seeking further funding for those on lower incomes, so please come back to us if you are interested no matter what your income bracket.

We’d love it if you could also forward this to any enthusiastic young musicians who share a passion for music and you think might be interested in this fantastic opportunity for music lessons and friendship building.

We will all need a lot of music & celebration in our lives next year and for me Music has saved my sanity many times during this life adjusting year. I know playing and sharing music has helped many of the children & young adults we have worked with this year.

Music brings people together. No matter what language you speak or where you are from, music is a natural community activity. In fact, researchers have even proved that our love for music (particularly singing) strengthens our bonds with each other. Whether you are celebrating your birthday, promotion or whatever, music is a good way to encourage you and your guest to socialize. For example, during large events, karaoke can have everyone participate and have fun all throughout the party...........

For all the important moments in your life, music plays an important role in the overall atmosphere and vibe of each event.
