It is with regret I have left the Pencelli. Unfortunately it became too difficult and was made overly challenging for me to continue. I hope to reopen Cwmparc Kitchen again in the future in an alternative venue! A huge thank you to all of my customers and I hope to see many of you again soon :)

Preparation for opening on Saturday got well under way today. Apologies to all the hungry people in the bar who could smell the menu but couldn't eat any of it! Hopefully we'll sort that out come the weekend!
