That’s a wrap for 2024 for us and we ended the year on a high with Graham and Jane`s Christmassy wedding at the The Willows at The Woodmans. I was over the moon when Jane chose us to be the photographers as we went to school together (must be around 5-10 years ago when we left? 😉 ) so it was great to catch up again and be part of her special day 😊

Congratulations to Laura and Dale who were married last weekend at the beautiful Blackwell Grange Hotel. We had the honour of being their photographers for what was a fab and very, very fun day!

It was also great to catch up with the Welburns after so many years 😊

Entertained throughout the day by the amazing Andy Larmouth - Magician & Host (great to meet you!) and as always, a great performance by Waiter Surprise then followed on by Jonny and Tom playing some awesome tunes (who doesn't love Disney!), then handing back over to Twilight Events to keep the party going (who also supplied most excellent starlit dancefloor!)

Big shout out to all the other great vendors, Silk & Blossom Ltd for the room décor, Low Fell Hire Company for the wooden letters and photo box, for capturing the video, for the beautiful cake and not to forget all the hard work on the morning by MN Melissa for the makeup, Ambers Hair Lounge and Alteration Services The Fairy Godmother

I love a good wedding with a good music playlist (particularly with anything Star Wars related and a bit of Tenacious D) and Sophie and Max certainly didn't disappoint this week at South Causey Inn - Weddings

We absolutely loved the care and detail that went into this wedding 😍

It was a cracking day last week celebrating Luke and Sarah's wedding at Walworth Castle Hotel, beautiful sunshine, outdoor ceremony and a chilled out relaxing day. Absolutely perfect 😍

It was a blast shooting Faye and Jakes Wedding at the gorgeous Dove Treehouse at Ramside Hall over the weekend, lot of fun and laughs and it always keeps you on your toes when dodging golf balls during the shoot :)

Sarah and Robert at Le Petit Chateau. I first had the pleasure of meeting Sarah, Robert and family at Sarahs 21st a few years ago and it was an honour when she contacted us to be her photographers at her wedding. It was a long awaited day and emotions were high, but what an absolute blast we had! The laughs never stopped all day. The wedding was epic and thanks again for letting us shoot your perfect day!

Jess and Vincent 😍 Starting with an intimate ceremony at the Newcastle Castle following Jess`s morning prep at the The Vermont Hotel, Newcastle followed by a blessing at the Church of St John the Baptist, Newcastle and then onto the Northern Counties Club for a Ceilidh and party. I don't think we've ever done as much walking at a wedding but it was so worth it and it was great catching up with Mr and Mrs H who have been dropping hints to get this preview posted ;)

Congratulation Emma + Dean 😍

Bridal and groom preparations at the Royal Oak Hotel followed by a beautiful wedding at the Borrowdale-Institute just a short walk away. Anyone thinking of a DIY wedding then this place is an absolute gem, there's no direction you can turn without having a stunning view view in front of you, I think the pictures speak for themselves on this. Definitely a place we will be visiting again.

Great to work with Glow With Mollie and Leoniehairatthegirlhouse for make up and hair and La.Events for the entertainment (with photographer friendly lighting!). Beautiful food from Shap Chippy, took all the will power to not eat to much so I didn't go into a food coma on the drive home!
