This time we are providing our buffet station for 55 guests comprising of Dinner Plates & Dinner Forks, Dessert Plates & Dessert Forks & Spoons, for an event on Bank Holiday Monday 26th August 2024.
If you have an event coming up and would like to hire our vintage crockery and cutlery for a buffet please do get in touch.
Don’t forget we also provide Complimentary Washing Up with every booking so you can sit back, relax and enjoy the celebrations.

Wow how time flies, I can’t quite believe we are now in August. We have certainly been spoilt with the weather recently, perhaps a bit too warm for some but I’m not complaining. It’s the perfect opportunity for family gatherings, picnics and garden parties. At Little Vintage Teacup we have 3 different sized vintage plates available to hire.

Tea/Side Plates - approx 6” in diameter are perfect for bread rolls to accompany a meal or a few sandwiches and cakes as part of an afternoon tea.

Starter/Dessert Plates - approx 8” in diameter are perfect for starters and desserts as part of a two or three course meal or finger buffet.
These also sit perfectly under the 6” plates where a different plate for savoury and sweet options is preferred for afternoon tea.

Dinner Plates - approx 10” in diameter are perfect for the main course of a two or three course meal, bbq’s or buffets where a larger plate is preferred.

If you are still not sure which size plate you need, don’t worry we can guide you every step of the way and discuss various options, it’s what we are here for.
