Seed & nut bread
This is my FAVOURITE bread. I have it with everything… soup, breakfast, avocado, peanut butter. I absolutely love it toasted, it takes the seeds & nuts to the next level.
What I love most about it is, there is no gluten (just 25g of coconut flour!), no yeast, no proving time. You just pop everything in the Thermomix like it says, let it mix in a few seconds…. Then pop the oven for 45mins - job done! 🙌
