Chacewater Village Hall Management Committee hires any of the 3 rooms by the session; morning, afternoon and evening. After 5 years of no increases the committee reluctantly decided that prices would have to go up slightly. These prices are reviewed annually at the Annual General Meeting of the Management Committee held in March. Hire charges include all heating and use of the kitchen. The kitchen has water urns, kettles, mugs & plates. For the larger function we have a supply of crockery and cutlery. Please discuss all your requirements with the booking officer. Chacewater Village Hall is fully wheelchair accessible. We do not have specific disabled parking, but if you expect any disabled people, we can put cones outside to restrict parking thus enabling direct wheelchair or disabled access from the road at the front. Please discuss your requirements with the booking Officer. Hire charges are kept as low as possible. The hall is administered by volunteers. ‘corporate’ users it is possible to arrange opening and preparation of the hall for a small fee. Please discuss your requirements with the booking officer.
