Using traditionally reared produce from local farms including Dexter beef
Using wild, season

al, msc seafood
Fish from Cornish day boats
Using seasonal British produce to avoid food miles
Considering the re-use and/or recycling of the items we use for each event
Not using GM food items
Not using intensively farmed produce

I'm so lucky to work for appreciative clients who send feedback like this.....I love what I do. The main event was Crown Prince Thai green curry with coconut rice. Baked tofu, green beans and peanut sauce. Sweetcorn pancakes. Pad Thai.

The corporate opening of the Falfish processing plant. I reckon I bbq'd 200 scallops and 300 sardines.

And we have just appeared on Spotlight earlier this evening. How exciting.....

Let's hope this plant will help the future of Cornish fisheries. As it deserves to thrive. As do the fishers of our county.

Pad Thai salad.

Part of a tasting menu for a party in October. I'd never thought of pad Thai as a salad. It really works. As you have the crunch of raw veggies alongside slippery rice noodles coated in the unmistakable pad Thai dressing. Tongue tingling ly tasty 😋
