I always tell brides to follow their own style and instincts when choosing a veil, because I totally trust this is the best way to find a veil that will make you look perfect and feel wonderful. But trends are so interesting. The recent trend for drop veils is something that will work for so many dresses and you can make it your own styled in so many ways with a choice of tulle, length, headpiece or trim. The fashion for a super long and simple drop veil is absolutely beautiful, ethereal and incredibly stylish.

One of the most popular veil lengths is a fingertip length veil. A plain cut edge veil will go with nearly any dress and mine are softly gathered and cut from a choice of a soft drapey tulle, or tulle with a little more body and a waterfall edge, shown here. Keep it plain or add a beautiful applique edging of your choice. This has my signature blossom twigs and silk blossom flowers.

It can be full and gathered with a ruffled waterfall edge, or a completely simple drop veil, creating a soft ethereal layer. Fingertip length or long and dramatic. I loved collecting tiny flowers as a child. I arranged them in egg cups and gazed at their little faces. I made flower crowns from daisies and ivy. Now I make pretty veils and capes for brides. The process continues. My beloved daughter makes daisy chains for my beloved granddaughters. They collect wild flowers from my garden to make flower shops and give that love back to us. 🌸🌻🪻❤️❤️❤️

This slim wedding garter lies flat to the leg, so it's ideal if you'd like to wear a garter with no bulkiness under a simple wedding dress. The front of the garter is hand beaded lace and the velvet band runs around the back of the leg. I hand dye it to the perfect shade of soft blue. The crystals are swarovski in a soft blue, making it a perfect secret something blue for your wedding day. I make Ethereal bridal accessories for free spirits. Carefully handmade, limited edition pieces to beautifully work with your dress and how you wish to express yourself. It takes place in a tiny, atelier style studio at the top of a mansion house in Cornwall, where everything is designed and personally made by me with love.

You can come and visit, or buy online and many designs can be tweaked into something more bespoke. I use the finest tulles, exquisite trimmings and delicate UK made laces. The finished bridal pieces are carefully placed in heirloom boxes for you treasure forever. A timeless reminder of your romance.
