Back when I had a Wednesday night slot at and could rock out some exciting tasters. This still is our most requested burger to recreate and one day it will make a return!

We Won!
The Best Alternative Wedding Caterer at The South West Wedding Awards 2024.

What a journey it's been. Our first real year of expected weddings was 2020 (Covid). Some swift thinking and trust from our incredible Bride and Grooms to know we will make magic happen no matter what has brought us to this point.

We have made some incredible friends along the way, had plenty of smiles and cried (more than anyone will ever know).

Insta may show all the good times but behind the scenes there are 18hr days, literally blood, sweat and tears and above all gratitude to everyone...

And most of all my Wife and kids. Without Sophie running the house, none of this would have been possible.

So back to it for more wedding couple calls now.

Flying Boats and Aussie BBQ Catering for a huge national maritime event held at the

The deigates were treated to a selection of bbq inspired dips:
* Smoked Pork Pate
*Charred Mushroom
*BBQ Chicken
And others

There were 6 dishes for mains brought to each table to share and they finished off with 2 of our Smoked Cheeses, Chilli BBQ Jam and Crackers and some sweet Bronwie Bites.

Excellent feedback all around, especially that it wasn't just another boring posh small plate of food.

I love a mushroom! And I absolutely hate them mushy one. So, I have created Smoked, Medium Rare Shrooms.

Treat like like a steak and enjoy. Vegans need to fight a meater eat for these.

I began my culinary journey at a young age out of sheer nerdiness for food. I had a passion for exploring different flavors and initially aspired to become a chef. However, during a school careers day, a top chef questioned my willingness to work while others partied. HA what do you think I did as a pimple faced teen and ended up with a degree in Exercise Phyisology. Yesterday, what was once a hobby turned into a reality at The Penzance Food Festival's Chef Demo Stage. Surrounded by supportive family members and even with The Pancake Monster by my side, I felt completely in my element performing in front of a full audience that included top chefs. The experience was truly gratifying, and I am immensely grateful for the opportunity. Thank you to everyone, all over the world (the good and the bad) that has brought me to this point.
