The ONLY pop-up we are doing for 2025. Friday 20th of June.
Limited to 20 tables of 4. Tickets go on sale at 4pm on Tuesday 10th of June.

* My Mum's Summer Carrot Salad
* Rack of Ribs with our newly created Parrot Sauce.

Friday Eve 20th of June, come watch the sunset, chill, eat, drink and boogie with The Aussie Smoker and friends upstairs at the newly built roof top terrace at .

There will be plenty of good aussie tucka and a free drink on arrival. Group bookings of 4 will get an additional rack of ribs for their table on me, your friendly Pitmaster hehe.
