Arvy and his Dad (just flew in from Lithuania) had a memorable time at HQ learning about the prep and the art of smokin.

He spoke no English and yet we all laughed and had a great time. The best part was after a couple of runs with the knife it turns out he was a butcher back home and we learnt some new skills too.

Everyday is a school day
