It is with great regret that Claire's Castles has made the decision that we will be cancelling all OUTDOOR inflatable hires today, this is due to the Met Weather predicting wind gusts exceeding 24mph.
At Claire's Castles we run our company within the rules set out in the european safety standard BSEN 14960:2013 and rules set out by our insurer. These rules state that Inflatables should not be used when wind or gusts are in excess of wind speed force 5 on the Beaumont scale (19-24 MPH).
We are sorry for any inconveniences caused but we can not control the weather and as i am sure you appreciate it is your children's safety which is the main priority for us.
