Two tastings and a wedding! It was so lovely to finally cook for Kim and Tim and celebrate their marriage at Chycara. We have also loved welcoming two of our future couples for an al fresco tasting at Pencoose and enjoyed some of Williams delicious food together. Really looking forward to the summer !

So yesterday we delivered three course Valentine dinners to lots of our lovely customers but today I got the “cooked for you at your table” menu with the amazing chef and husband William Marsden! Scallops , beef Wellington and chocolate profiteroles with brandy cream . Perks of the job !!!
