The Stithians Centre is delighted to have been selected as one of the main venues in the 2025 KCA International Guitar Series, and we will feature a number of leading performers from around the world over the coming months.

On Saturday 1 February we welcome one of Europe's leading young classical guitarists, Aleksandra Sapok. A double winner of Poland's Young Classical Guitarist of the Year, Aleksandra has also seen one of her videos selected as Classical Guitar Magazine's 'videos of the week', and toured across Europe to critical acclaim. Fran Uppingham, writing in Poland's leading classical guitar magazine, referred to her as “one of the greatest talents of her generation”.

Aleksandra is both dynamic (as a maestro ought to be!) and yet accessible, both in terms of her repertoire and her personality. Her performances include something for pretty much everyone, whether you love the idiosyncratic music of Leo Brouwer, or prefer the more lyrical sounds of Tarrega.
