We were honoured to be invited back to Scotney Castle- National Trust for the sound and lighting at their recent 3 day festival - sincere thanks to all concerned and also blessed with good weather - which has been in short supply this year!
Music at The Pantiles is coming to the end of the season but again indebted to the organisers for their hard work and all the musicians involved for their patience!

Forgot what summer feels like ! At last not freezing cold or having to scurry for cover from the elements. We not only provide a rehearsal space but also provide sound and light for small to medium sized events - enjoy the summer....whilst it lasts !

Probably biggest set up to date, with an array of speakers up and down The Pantiles and lighting on the Bandstand - long days with set up and breaking it all down but very pleased for the organisers and traders -

'Tis the season (& all that)- for POTHOLES !! we have a number that have opened up on Cherry Gardens Hill - and there are some real beauties in the surrounding area - so please take care around here especially if using C T Studios Rehearsal Room !
Meantime we sincerely wish all our users a very festive Christmas and New Year! Just as an aside we will be providing the sound and lighting for the New Years Eve shindig at The Pantiles this year ( and no its not going to rain...I hope) Regardless hopefully see some of you down there - Have a good one !

Never adverse to a bit of late summer warmth - but yes last few days it has been a bit warm! Just a reminder C T Studios Rehearsal Room has air-conditioning, or if you prefer heating so it feels much cooler when you step outside - your choice!

Our sincere thanks to The Swinging Little Big Band for booking CTS to do the sound and lighting at Scotney Castle yesterday evening.
Including numerous events in and around Tunbridge Wells, CTS continues to provide systems large and small and our thanks to organisers and of course to everyones support!

A multitude of bands have been rehearsing for Unfest this year - my thanks to them and all at the Tunbridge Wells Forum for putting on this years Unfest - Tunbridge Wells Fringe Festival.

A number of venues involved as well as other events such as the The Pantiles Gin & Jazz Festival which runs all weekend - This along with the Jazz festival which runs on Thursday evenings until the end of September makes us very fortunate, in my opinion, to have such diversity of events on our door step -

I will be doing sound at the Bandstand or catching various bands over the weekend - hopefully see some of you there !

To welcome in "Spring" (apparently...) we have added a couple of guitar amps to the collection - the old Ashdown Bass combo also makes a welcome return after being fixed.
Along with the rehearsal facilities C T Studios also continues to provide sound and lighting for events and gigs, from the Coronation to Jazz Festvials, theatres to pubs! Live music needs to be kept alive and we will do our best to make that happen!

Being on a farm the various tracks here always seem to have some potholes despite our best efforts - however on the roads outside and in the general neighbourhood the council(s) seem to be on a mission to create as much work as possible for garages and tyre manufacturers! Daytime is bad enough - evenings are a real challenge - will be sending out messages to those who have booked but please be aware that some real "holes" on the B2188 and surrounding area.

Where has the year gone .. all that summer heat seems a long time ago now - so with the festive season upon us and snow messing up the roads - now seems an opportune moment to say a massive “thank you” to everyone who has used the room, hired our equipment, used us for sound or lighting. It’s been quite a year one way and another and sincerely hope to see many if not all of you again next year !

I think everyone would agree it was a bit too hot the last couple of days - but if you did need to escape the heat for a few hours we do have air con and you can watch the sun go down whilst you play! Give us a call also if you just need to rehearse by yourself - we have good availability during the day and will sort out a reduced price.

We have air conditioning as well as heating so you can rehearse in some relative comfort - full PA, mixer , backline and mics all included or available. Message us for daytime or evening slots.

So heartwarming to see this back - please support this and other local events when you can - we know they are not all “free” but a lot of resources, effort and time go into all such events and I for one missed them terribly when we couldn’t hold them !

I have many "fond" memories of rehearsing in damp, cold rooms - where nothing works and your feet stick to the carpet ! However this is not the experience we want you to have at Cherry Tree Studios Rehearsal Rooms - PA and backline supplied - more importantly there is heating and the all important sweet jar for that much needed sugar rush ! For those who still hanker after the more traditional facilities please do not get in touch !

As always a real pleasure to do sound and lighting for The Vince Dunn Orchestra - despite all the challenges we have been very fortunate this year to be involved with many different events and musicians and our sincere thanks to everyone who have continued to put these on despite all the adversity 2021 has thrown at us.

We have been fortunate enough to provide sound and lighting for the Jazz and various festivals at the Pantiles in Tunbridge Wells as well as compliment the lighting at Tulleys Shocktober once again this year - we now turn our attention to the Forum's Ice Rink Sessions at Calverly Park Tunbridge Wells - if you are able to, please support these acts on Thursday nights through late November and December inbetween falling over and hanging on to the rail for dear life at the side of the ice rink... - details are here:

Its been quite a challenging year! However it's been fantastic to see so many events take place and bands rehearsing again - the relief and enthusiasm from musicians and public alike has been tremendous.
As always C T Studios Rehearsal Room is here 365 days a year for anyone wanting to rehearse, or perhaps even record themselves. We are currently offering discounts on day sessions and multiple bookings - just get in touch and we will get something sorted !

Nearly there!

It's a little complicated but we will be open very soon for bands that need to rehearse for "professional use" and as before any artists that need the space for solo use.

We very much hope that we will be able to open to everyone shortly after but if you have any questions please message or call and I shall try and answer as best I can!

More importantly we are taking bookings going forward - again please call or message so I can explain what's available.
