This afternoon ID&C and identilam suffered a suspected electrical fire outside of our office. This was resolved quickly with no internal damage, but as we hope you can understand business will be affected for the remainder of today. Please rest assured, normal operations will resume tomorrow and we thank you for your patience.

Key Duties: –
• Liaising with the sales team to ensure orders are correct.
• Answering the telephone where required and transferring calls as appropriate.
• Dealing with sales enquiries by telephone or email, preparing quotations & following up.
• Account management of selected existing customers.
• Preparation and sending of promotional e-shots, monitoring and recording results.
• Inputting sales orders onto Sage accounting system.
• Assistance and input with social media activity and blogs.
• Updating and maintaining ACT CRM database and customer records.
• Keeping product samples, brochures and price lists stocked up.
• Attending weekly sales & production meetings.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills / experience: –
• Previous administration experience
• Excellent attention to detail
• Highly organised
• Ability to multi task
• A clear and confident communicator
