You are very welcome at one of our open mic nights. Although starting out for jazz singers we welcome every type of singer with jazz, blues, gospel, country, pop, R&B, rock, folk, indie - anything with a tune and a chord sequence. Just one rule – no backing tracks. The house band are a pianist and a bass player who can read any lead sheet ( tune line with the chord structure ). Some singers play f

or themselves, EG guitarists. In these situations a lead sheet is not required, unless you would like the piano and bass to join in. Some singers pay the piano and sing their own compositions. Whatever you sing, you will be made very welcome and encouraged. Listeners are welcome too.
